    Marcia Chadley does a really nice job explaining Zoom. She walks you through it, anticipates your questions, and gives plenty of detail while making it easy to understand. I also listened to her video on Zoom breakout rooms which was also very helpful and enjoyable.

    Marcia, you do a great job here of explaining Zoom to beginners, going steadily and not rushing through everything like other presenters who act as if they have a train to catch. Congratulations for that just by itself. I guess that's why you have over three thousand 'thumbs-up' and no 'thumbs-down'. Well done. You are a great example.

    EXCELLENT VIDEO! I had looked at other videos, but they were mostly about how to join a meeting, not how to HOST a meeting. *QUESTION* : What if you are just the facilitator for the speaker and you don't want to appear in the gallery, and just need to run things for the speaker. What should be done to make the facilitator "invisible"?

      @@madlyderanged Great! You can stop early or stay on longer than the time set up for the meeting. But if you are on the free plan it will stop when you hit the max time limit if you don't upgrade.

    Hello, I set up a Zoom meeting as directed however when I pasted it, there was a repetitive long list of the invitation! I right clicked but couldn't see how to delete the extra text. Any suggestions please?

    Hello Ms. Chadey. This video is interesting and you go through setting up zoom step by step. I have a question. Im trying to set up a meeting for people in my building and I would like to know how do I get phone numbers for members to call in if they are having trouble with the internet and cannot get onto Zoom. Thanks.

    • @ChadlyCreativeConsulting
      @ChadlyCreativeConsulting  2 года назад

      Call in phone numbers are provided with paid plans. If you are using a free plan, they are not available. This video goes more into how to schedule and invite people ruclips.net/video/KRXON48jeig/видео.html

    This is wonderful! Do you have this in other languages too?
    Buttons etc. in computer programs often do not translate one to one. On my German zoom, "schedule" becomes "planning", "on" and "off" become "active" and "inactive", etc., as if there was no simple "on" and "off" ("ein" / "aus") in my language. This scares people away who are rather afraid of computers. You could really help a lot of people here.

      Hi Stephan, That's a good idea! Unfortunately I don't speak other languages to do it. I hope that someone else does.

    Thank you for this helpful video. If you record the meeting on the computer, where do you go to find it when the meeting's over?

    • @ChadlyCreativeConsulting
      @ChadlyCreativeConsulting  3 года назад +2

      After the recording is processed, Zoom opens the folder on your computer. You can test it out by setting up a meeting for only yourself and record it. When the folder opens, you'll see the directory that Zoom uses to store your recordings.
