Hey its that dude that replied on my comment way back when ! Anyways, I feel you guys v.v dude is hella wack, I don't understand how he "stands out" from other producers, first he adapts sounds from Atlanta & Bay area I understand that, but making the same beat more than once with three keys and a annoying chant, while dudes like Oh who actually seems dedicated kick dust. It sucks..

Ryan Q Thanks bro. I actually already have an interface. I use it ran through my speakers and with my guitar but I had no idea there was a way you could also run it through a TV/video game somehow.
regardless of how you feel about the finished product, the idea to use nintendo 64 games is super creative. once he threw that little chopped guitar riff in there my head started nodding
Now this man... you can truly call UNDERRATED. amazing skills. Just like Black Milk never being mentionend with the greats like madlib dilla preemo rza havoc finesse alchemist 9th nottz and so on...
I dont know what you guys are dissing. For me, listening to what he had to use for samples i was impressed and as far as the beat itself, it works for me. I can easily hear that beat getting ripped on by a sick spitter.
Oh No’s Rhythm Roulette was so creative-playing the games to find samples instead of just digging around was such an organic approach. It made the episode so unique. Also, his messy room just adds to the vibe-it’s pure artistic chaos.
He kinda looks like Joe Budden. Also, love how he smoothly just kinda forgets about adding the sound from the NES cart ;) then again, dude faced like 5 blunts at least in this whole video.
I like the concept to this one. I wouldn't expect someone sampling games, plus it increases the chance that you can end up getting something difficult. Overall the beat wasn't garbage, but you have to work with what you got. I've seen worst with producers sampling vinyl.
I like the video game concept for the sample flips in this! Great stuff, meaning that you can sample from ANYTHING! I'm a big kid at heart too as I have a PS4 on deck! You gotta love those video games!... We know the beat was nowhere near the best, but we know Oh No has the skills! He did what he could with what he picked! Still a great series!
I fucking lost it when he couldn't get back in the ring with that wrestling game. I always hated that shit with video games...I could never figure out how to get back in the ring! Also...this dude is fucking hilarious. Holy shit.
This might be the realist shit i ever seen making beats. The mouse on leg, the keyboard shoved under the shelf. Authentically ghetto as fuck.
fr tho

That loop he said was raw got tucked away for his own personal use, can't give the people everything at once!
yo seein what he was working with this is actually incredible. CREATIVE AS FUCK
You guys should make an album filled with all the rhythm roulettes done throughout the year. Almost all these beats are pretty dope
The clip from the racing game he was fucking with was Scuttlebuttin' from Stevie Ray Vaughn. Used to be my ringtone back when flip phones existed.
Dude got a RZA vibe to him.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that likes playing my drums and chops on a keyboard. was starting to feel left out. lol
i cant believe he was able to sample the consoles directly. 0_0
i mean all those consoles have rca outputs so you can just plug it into your sampler
Ryan Q Could you explain how? Like what would you need to get the audio to run through to your computer?
Ryan Q Thanks bro. I actually already have an interface. I use it ran through my speakers and with my guitar but I had no idea there was a way you could also run it through a TV/video game somehow.
How can I sample audio from my ps2? I have a Numark PT01 USB portable turntable.

This was a dope flip. VERY cool way of getting samples, too. I've heard of a couple dudes who've used this concept as well. Props to OH NO!
