  • What pick will suit me the most? I've heard a lot of good things about Chickenpicks, but have never tried them. Let's dive into their variety pack and see which one works for me best.

Chickenpicks are great and my favorite due to consistency of sound. And also from environmental point.
But they have their own drawbacks for me such as hard attack (not always what do you need), size on a smaller part of the range and they don't hold good when fingers are wet.

Picks make loads of difference. I used Dunlop Nylon 0.63 - 0.72 for everything, literally for decades. Last year I just happened to get my hands on a Jazz III and I swear it instantly made me a significantly better guitarist. I don't even understand how I ever managed to play anything with those huge, unruly, flappy Dunlops. It's like playing pool using a rope as a cue... 😂

Haha yeah I played .72s for years and then found Jazz III. It changed my world!

      I know, right? :D
...and of course we've been using the same picks and had the same Jazz III epiphany, synced up as per usual. xD This is why they think we're all the same in Scandinavia. ^_^

I starting to think this Finland vs Sweden thing is just friends having fun. ;D

Well, I'd like to think so. :D
I find it really funny to play around with the tropes and prejudice surrounding us Scandinavia, all them moomins, bikini teams, knife fights in saunas and braided women named "Inga" or "Helga". xD

I feel like you had better tone on the thicker one. Might try those instead of the badazz iii I bought.
