Supporting your partner's career is essential. It's concerning how some men get frustrated by a woman's success. Isn't a marriage a partnership with shared goals? Let's acknowledge your wife's hard work and be proud of her achievements. As we pursue our goals, we must also plan for our family's future. Let's discuss arrangements like part-time work or daycare to ensure our child is cared for. Most women wouldn't reject support because they feel self-sufficient.

Yes this model would work for most men if they still are the main breadwinnners. The man in this case is only concerned because she is earning way more and he feels emasculated. It is ultimately his fault

brother Ismail, do you not think the advise of pressurising the woman to choose between her marriage or work unfair (unknowing to their circumstances), perhaps her mindset was to elevate the lives of both of them. We need to start advising on mutual marriage goals, which includes mutual financial aspirations and encourage brothers to be in par with their spouses (even if the start is different). That way a more healthier relationships can be built. Nothing is ever an ultimatum brother.

100% you’re totally right. The only difference this time is that this particular person has been trying to rectify the issues that he believes he has for a 2 whole yrs without any success which is why I recommended taking a more serious approach
But I really appreciate this comment. I think next time I will definitely make a distinction between the questioner and the general advice for other folks

I think there's some information missing here. Does this contribute to significant household bills/costs? Is she doing her duties at home as well? Can this brother maintain the household with his single income?

I agree, I probably could’ve gone into more detail and given possibilities and more scenarios. Thank you for the comment
