Hey Rick, how about doing more of a blind longest drive test? Just give the clubs a rip and go over the data afterwards. It could be a possibility that knowing how far you've got to hit to beat a previous shot could play into some of those drives that go way offline. Just a thought. Great video as always.

TheChenza05 idk if it’s just me but I find my drives going like 300-320 with the M3 but only like 260-280 with the M1. Probably just me though.
Got my rogue not too long ago. There's a hole I usually hit the ball before the pin, when I got my rogue, been hitting bombs and going past the pin. Love my new driver.
Haven't owned a Callaway driver since 1999's "Biggest Big Bertha," but everyone reviewing the Rogue series seems to have no trouble keeping it long and in the fairway.

Good battle! I love my M3 but there is no way I'd ever play it with the both weights forward. I also really like hitting fairways.

I only watched to see if what I predicted would eventuate and you didn’t disappoint. Who’d of thought 2/3rds of Rogue shots were counters to1/3 M3 shots.
I tried the sub zero and the m3 fitting for both. I ended up with the m3. Love it. Both are good clubs. It all comes down to personal preference, ball striking, feel, and what works best for you. The m3 worked best for me.
Good point about the low spin setting being harder to hit in the fairway. That sub zero is a beast! 👍

Test every driver possible before you waste your money!
The fact that it goes further for someone doesn't mean it will for you. So please don't buy one based off this data. Fairways are more important than length. Have a fitting for both and see what suits you best
G400 lst, maybe try a distance ball too? Or do a comparison between the likes of prov1, chrome soft etc and distance balls for a video idea

Rick you got some excellent camera time as Jordan was about to hit his drive on the 18th (final round) you were directly behind him as they shot a close up just before Jordans tee shot ...so saw you on the television here in Tennessee ,United States ...wish Jordan hadn't hit that limb on that tee shot ...but what a final round for Jordan ....

you could do the F8 vs the rogue since the rogue has been taking the cake lately
If you’re curious how the ball speed is only 161mph and it’s supposedly carrying 300 yards, that launch monitor doesn’t calculate wind, air density, drag, temperatures, or anything. On a track man a 161 mph ball speed would maybe carry 275.
My M3 I have one weight at the front and the other in the fade position to counter my natural draw, seems to work well.
Rick, you've got to put the numbers up,even on DQ'd shots- we want to know what the misses look like too!
I game the Epic and have hit the Rogue SZ. The SZ is longer for me...just not longer enough to justify the $500...yet!

How about Ping G400 LST vs Cobra F8+
So with both weights forward in the m3 is it less forgiving then the rouge because it doesn’t have two movable weights just one at the front? Their for you hit the rouge a fraction further because it’s in a more forgiving setting.

like the videos, you should do one with the same clubs but set them up as if you were going to use them on the course.

Think it would have been more fair splitting the weights just like they are in the sub zero. That's what Rory did and look what it did for him. Seems like a more equal test
He put the weights in the positions to get minimum spin as designed for each club.

To prevent fatigue setting in you should've took turns hitting these clubs after every shot. I see a lot of you vloggers are spending a lot of time trying to make the M3 look bad. It's ok if it's not for you. Best wood and driver I've ever had. redo the video!

Rick - how about doing a long-drive contest between the M3 in its max-distance settings...with the same M3 set at max-safety? Then compare the distance vs. dispersion and make a judgement on the value of the additional distance.

What equipment do you use for swing/ball analysis? Also, not sure if you have done one but maybe a g400 vs m2 drivers.
Just goes to show from both videos and over a larger test both manufacturers are really the same and it comes down to strike and what you like to look at and feel. Would be interested in hearing which model you prefer feel and sound wise?
I still hit the Adam's Speedline 9032LD 6° loft. Has a HOF Whoppin-Shaft, 83g at XXX stiff. I bought that club in 2010 and is still my longest club in the bag. I would put that driver up against anything new and it would still compete or be longer than newer clubs today. Reply if you want to see my swing stats and video!
I’m not the most consistent ball striker by a country mile however the m4 I tried that “will find more fairways” found a lot less the the epic and rogue. Glad it isn’t just me who it doesn’t seem to work for
Still gonna stick with my R15 black........Mizunos next for comparison vs Rogue and TM

Sub Zero has two weights also, but one front and one back. You put the Taylormade weights both up front. Would like to see one weight in the back like the Sub Zero.

Can you test a Krank Formula 6 in a 9 degree with a normal length shaft. I have one with a house of forged x stiff black diamond. They have great long drive clubs, but I wonder about their play clubs with normal lofts. I am trying to decide if I need new technology or if this is still a bomber. They have made a Krank 6.5, 7 and now the X, but the 6 feels great.
