I do have another one! Sorry for the late reply, been traveling quite a bit. It's called "Beginner Drafting Tips - League Clash Guide". It should help out with some of those questions!
Awesome video, me and my friends play clash casually in tier 2 and struggle with communication in draft and in game. How would a casual team fix bad communication?
Thank you, glad you like it! And I would say it's incredibly important to have one primary shot caller (usually the person with the best game knowledge). And if they make a call, everyone follows it without arguing. Also it helps to assign people jobs (1 person gives lane assignments after lane phase, 1 person announces enemy summoners before/after fights, 1 person talks about how the teamfights need to be played.) This helps spread out the responsibilities, so it doesn't all fall squarely on one person.
Also, and the coach can correct me on this if I’m wrong, but the jg and support make really good shot callers. They’re less focused on CS and trading damage with laners so they have more time and headspace to think about the big picture 👍🏻
You can play "call is call" in normals: 1. decide on one shotcaller 2. For the rest of the game the whole team has to follow his/her calls no matter what. This game is just for fun and thus team building. You can call smth like: " we camp in tribush until we get a pick" or "lets aram dive that 0/4 yasuo" Theoretically it makes sense to trust the person with the most game knowledge but in practice I noticed that trust is something that people decide unconsciously. So you might want to just try out who is the one in your team that is the most trusted. Another thing I learned that might or might not help you is: As a shotcaller I like to suggest plays instead of forcing them. E.g. I know a counter gank can work if my Urgot bait the enemies, but instead of telling him to bait I just ask: " reengage or disengage?" When under pressure people are more likely to mess up so instead of pressuring them to do a certain play, I rather release the pressure by giving them the choice.
As an addition I recommend to watch Randomonium made a lot of videos about team comps and Clash. He says there're 5 types of comps who counter each other like rock-paper-scissors, each one counter hardly the following one and countering a bit the 2nd next one
This is just my opinion, but I think the 2 comps that work well in Clash would likely be Teamfight and Splitpush comps. Teamfight for most of the reasons you already explained, NARAM is real lol. But NARAM also can be good for splitpush comps so long as you know how to deal with a NARAM. Also most clash teams are a group of friends, and you're gonna inevitably end up with 1 player that is probably just strictly better. So if they are the Mid/Top I think playing splitpush champions is a good idea because it exacerbates their skill gap. If it's the ADC/JG/SUP then teamfighting should be better. Also people are really bad at dealing with splitpush champions in low to mid elo.
I agree that split push has a lot of strengths (especially against teamfight, as long as you have strong disengage), I just excluded it from this video because I feel like it's very difficult to execute. But if teams can play 1-2 of these comps well, then I'd definitely recommend trying out split push as well1
I would honestly recommend a 4-1 comp with strong disengage and a split pusher or just a 5 man teamfight that counters them (if they dive, you pick peel. If they don't have peel, you play dive)
Huh, I'd sure hate to take advice from that 1/11/14 Amumu, they seemed pretty garbage... Oh wait... (Joking, your stuff is great as always, and thanks for the video! Cheers!)
Thanks coach Kairos! I can’t wait to show off my skill expression with yumii jungle in clash. 👍🏻 My teammates will thank you!
I'm sure they will Jakey Poo :)
It's always fun theorycrafting with you, friend!
Absolutely! And thank you for the help in coming up with the content, it wouldn't have been nearly as good without your help
Really good explaination of the team comps
Thank you, hope it helps!
Quality content 💯
Thank you coach Kairos❤️
You're welcome! I'm glad you like it
needed this
I gotchu. Plenty of time to plan for Clash this weekend!
Great video! Do you have any more videos about drafting comps and finding win condition ?

@@CoachKairos thanks!
This is the best video I've ever seen
This is the best comment I've ever seen
Placing velkoz mid instead of support in your siege comp example made me happy :D
Well of course, why would I put him support? :p
Everyone seems to prefer him there, league client included. He doesn't even show up when you filter by mid champs :/ sad days
I don't play league, but this was an interesting, relaxing watch
It's okay, we all know you're here for the ASMR ;D
lol thanks for checking it out!
@@CoachKairos If you could crackle some foam or bubble wrap at random points in your video, that would be great!

What comp do you suggest to pick versus a teamfight comp

@@anagnostisanonymos5954 you're welcome! And I would actually lean towards picking the teamfight comp w/disengage. It's much easier to execute!
