    Great video ! Do you think it is useful to apply these strategies in solo ranked ? Or just keep in mind to know your wins conditions / how to build your champ etc

    Adding to the poke comp: They are also not good against sustain (Yuumi/Soraka etc.)

    • @zernos_park
      @zernos_park  4 года назад

      Are they not? Can yuumi or soraka heal the carries against jayce/zoe/varus poke? The cooldown on the heals would be roughly the same for the poke but just having one healer isnt enough against three sources of poke. And if the healers get poked themselves then it becomes a bigger issue.
      If you are talking about other forms of sustain (not heals) like lifesteal (aatrox) or spellvamp (vladimir) then perhaps they can heal the dmg done if there are nearby minions/camps to heal from.

    I dont think these are good examples of comps.
    Ashe is not really a champ you should play in an engage comp, but rather a mobile ADC that can self peel and or go in.
    I suppose Renekton, was maybe able to build Prowlers back then.
    But Ashe can only use her ult, she is more of a poke/protect/pickcomp champ.
    Aphelios unless you build lethality on him should never be in a pick comp, pick comps are supposed to burst targets in a relatively short time.
    I dont think cutouts of proplay comps should be the main examples, given how bad their drafts in general are.
    Your poke comp is also more of a pick comp, with zoe, varus and morg being catchers, that hard cc into delete.
    While I can see Kindred being a nice disengage, there is nothing she does in a poke comp outside of teamfights.
    Pokecomps in general are supposed to be good at neutral states, where no fighting is happening.
    Good examples would be ziggs, who brings anything a poke comp needs from high range, zone, disengage.
    Disengage supports that keep the enemies at a high range, like Janna
    And highrange pressuring tanks, that are good at being a wall, like cho, maokai, gragas, who all have ways to stop people endanger people from 800 range or more.
    In case you didnt talk about everything in the cutouts as part of the comps my apologies, but there are still many examples where I would just disagree on them being part of certain comps.
