    • @connorbrien4086
      @connorbrien4086 10 месяцев назад +1

      I feel like there hasn't been a legitimately great jazz act in a long time. Why? Cuz people lost the soul that was once put into jazz music that made it good. These jazzers thoroughly enjoy what they're doing. They enjoy it! And therefore they make us happy too. All the cocky jazzers of history, which there are many, produce cocky soulless music. These guys produce joyful and sometimes tear inducing jazz that is reintroducing much of the world to the genres potential.

    • @song4night
      @song4night 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@connorbrien4086 There might be an age thing with jazz. When you're young, the whole world seems open to you, and a freshness results in your playing. 30 or 40 years later you might still play good, even better, learnt more advanced concepts,etc but something about that freshness is gone.
