I always really liked how Tali's Dossier mission felt like it was so much more grand and important than other Dossier missions. Most of the other ones just have a "Bad guy of the day", while this one has one of Shepard's biggest enemies, the Geth, trying to get to Tali no matter what. Plus, the entire Dark Energy that drove the plot for this mission was really interesting and would've been a great setup for future events in ME3, though they unfortunately did nothing with it :(
I'm glad they didn't do anything with the dark energy story. It made it feel like there is more going on in the universe that has nothing to do with my fight against the reapers.
