@@VirtualHandCarehello i have crooked fingers from when i was born and a very little pinky finger is there anyway i can make my fingers completely straight without surgery?
took me long enough to find this given the hand's complex anatomy of 50+ bones , muskles, and ligmentos... my injury felt like a real unique one to pinpoint without having to visit the doc. this lady seems so nice and simple, very little emphasis on presentation appeal with all the necessary intel to self-heal on annoying non-threatening injuries. #thumbsup
Thank you so much for these videos. I have 3 types of arthritis, asthma with Samters triad where I can’t take NSADs or Tylenol for the severe chronic pain. I can’t take any pain killers due to heart valve issues, low blood pressure, oxygen issues. I need to use my hands to work on the keyboard a lot. It gets so bad it hurts just to push a button when it is flaring. These videos give me hope there is something I can do to make my hands more resilient to the swelling and pain. TY
For how many times in a day we should practice these stretches mam?? I have stiffness on my middle metacarpal bone for around 5-6 months, will it work for me??
Thank you for the video. I really needed this one since i cant make a good fist because of poor mobility. What is the difference between the wall and chair stretch?
There is not a big difference between the 2 since they both work on stretching the large knuckles however with the wall you can control the pressure better and it can be a more comfortable position.
When I place my ring finger against the table, the knuckle on the top of the hand/base of the finger really bulges up (more than the other fingers). Is that normal?
I love these exercises. I keep coming back to them. Thank you.
These exercises helped me with my recovery, thank you!
You're so welcome!
