Excellent video … thanks. This will help with my recovery from fractured 3rd and 4th metacarpals (bicycle crash 3 months ago). Healing the fractures over six weeks in a cast was child’s play compared to the stiffness and nerve pain which I never saw coming. I hope the physio actually will get me back to 100%!
Wow. I was unable to bend my fingers at all. Not only can I bend them after doing these exercises but the feeling of my bone breaking isn’t there. Thank you so soooo much ❤
