You guys are unbelievable. You cured my rotator cuff issues a couple years back with a simple painless exercise(with the chair). Now after suffering for weeks with progressively worse symptoms of carpal tunnel (which you just helped me diagnose), that very easy exercise in this video (arm outstretched and flex the wrist while leaning the neck) has me able to make a tight fist again within minutes, an impossibility for the last two weeks. I cannot possibly express my gratitude sufficiently.

I watched one of your old videos about lower back pain and how to identify if it’s muscle, nerve or something else and I think mine is muscle and I treated it with the little bit of information you gave about muscle lower back pain and 10mins after doing the exercise I got up and I’ve never stood straight and had my back feel so natural and easy to hold my back straight it was a beautiful moment. I just want to say thank you.

My hands have been looking up on me for months. I’m at work now (where I primarily type) and my hands just locked up on me very bad. 😔 The exercises in this video loosened up my hands 🙌🏿. They’re still very sore and tender but I’m glad I know how to reduce the stiffness. Thanks fellas

Bob & Brad have literally helped me heal myself from a staggering amount of painful issues that doctors just kept sending me for more imaging and prescribing creams with no relief. I was prescribed 800mg ibuprofen 2xs a day for 15 YEARS. Just to be able to function on a basic level. Amazingly I can live without it now. I still have issues, but avoiding surgery on several body parts (INCLUDING MY SPINE!) while still being able to function has been a REAL blessing. PT with my insurance is over $200 a visit! So grateful for Bob & Brad. I recommend them to everyone that tells me something hurts or asks me how I am! Thank you guys!

❌ Thank you for this video - Ivhave Audrey cut sugars, and vI'll start taking ACV tomorrow Also, a little cinnamon in the morning helps regulate sugar as well. I sprinkle a tad in my morning espresso, and take it as a shot, since I'm not a fan. I also started using a Donneroll, which is amazing for the neck and spine. I know my neck affects my hands. However, there's a study about women (mainly) who are honemakers tend to injure they're hands, because we scrub, and use our hands quite a lot. I also I've watched several interviews with Wim Hof about combating inflammation by taking ice baths. So, I asked myself, why not place my hands in a bowl of ice water, two, three times a day. It's amazing because while my hands are in the water, i can feel the pain radiate through my nerves, all the way to the back of my shoulders. I've healed myself from so many illnesses and diseases throughout the years, and I'm sure the intense pain and stiffness in my hands, too fall pass... Good luck everyone!!! ❌

And when I stopped taking it because I was mo bettah da stiffness returned. 🤪

My wife is 63 and wakes up at night with severe finger pain, she says just the weight from the sheets causes serve pain and it gets to the point where she cries because of the pain she having. We have gone to an Orthopedic, and just gave her a cortisone shot in her wrist and a previous nerve test that show mild carpal tunnel, so the Orthopedic Doctor referred her to a pain specialist. Our primary physician put her 300 mg of Gabapentin twice a day which doesn't give her much pain relief. I feel she need to get MRI done to see if anything else is going on. Any Suggestions?

one issue they and so many other "specialists" even dont know is your feet. if you have a garden walk bare feet over grass or pebbles, or roll your feet (gently) out with a golf ball. the pinkey side of the foot loosens the thumb side of the contralateral hand and vice versa. just try out and give that comment a like if it has worked for you.

I had surgery on my pinky finger September 27 and the pins just came out last week. I paid for the surgery out of pocket and the doctor wants me to go to physical therapy right away to start moving the finger. It does not move at all right now. It is buddy taped to the ring finger. I may only be able to afford to go to physical therapy once or twice. I hoping I can ring game motion by doing the RUclips videos.

I use a hand gripper almost everyday for finger exercises. If I overuse the gripper will it cause my thumb to stiff?
