Oh Lisa I was so moved to see and hear from you once again. You look so beautiful. Yes we are definitely strung together by this craft! I love the phrase “the ties that bind us” I love blackbird patterns. Any that you start will be lovely! I probably have 50 or more I could start!! Seems overwhelming but like you said they’ll never be a finish if we don’t start them! ❤️🪡I’ve heard of the ladies you mentioned but need to check out this challenge even though I’m pushing almost 60 in another year!! 😅 I go on my first retreat next week and I’m so excited. It’s a small group. It’ll be 24 of us. The quilt shop I’ve been going to for our sit and stitches monthly is doing their first ever crosstitch retreat so it will be fun to be a part of their new adventure. I am so pleased and thankful for answers to my prayers even when you were silent. You needed to be. I’ll be praying for you oncologist visit on the 19th. 🙏 your trip was so beautiful thanks for sharing with us. You are my motivator and I must go and see all I’ve started and get a little lost in stitches even in the busyness of life. It definitely brings me joy! We love you.

I appreciate your openness to share your feelings about your cancer journey. But when you get weepy, then I get weepy and then I can’t see my stitching and my nose starts running…😅…it isn’t pretty! Ha!!
And your Italy trip looked fantastic! My husband and I stayed in the Swiss alps 2 years ago and absolutely loved the beauty and majesty of the mountains as well as the culture ( it was mostly German where we were). We’ve been to Tuscany and I agree it is a lovely place to be.

It was great to see you again, and your positive attitude! I was glad to hear you say that you don’t have TV in your home because we don’t either and we haven’t had for about 18 years. People look at me like I have two heads when I say we don’t have TV but we don’t need it. I stitch, my husband still works full-time and we both do woodworking together and stitching together and we love that! Prayers for you that you continue to bounce back from this horrible disease and that your scan comes out perfect on Friday 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

My first time watching you. You are a sweet kind soul. I was a support person for my sister in law while she was battling Stage 4 ovarian cancer. She is on a maintenance drug as well. She had a lot of complications and I was honored to be able to assist her in her recovery. She is finally able to go on vacation this summer. Your stitching is absolutely gorgeous! Best wishes for your continued good health and recovery. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am subscribing to your channel and can’t wait to see you again. 💖
