- In this video my mom shows you how to make one of my favorite Armenian dishes.
Vospov Kufta Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils
1/2 cup fine bulgur (#1)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper, optional
scallions
parsley

It's always nice to see your mom in these cooking videos-- she seems like such a genuinely sweet and knowledgeable person. I hope you consider doing more Armenian dishes; it seems like a fabulous cuisine that not many of us are familiar with, so it would be fantastic to be able to learn more about it! :)

okay i was so happy you guys made this because it's my favorite armenian dish but you guys make it so different? i showed my mom the video and she kept exclaiming 'that's so wrong!' which isn't right as everyone grew up with different taste buds and people from different areas obviously make things differently but it was interesting to see your mom's take on it. i'd love to see your mom make other armenian dishes to see how it compare to our version of it haha. i love seeing the other 'perspective(?)'
