    I make this exactly the way you do but I add the lemon and the crushed garlic about 10 min before it’s completely done

    Thank you for sharing the recipe! Chi kofta meat is not available in my city. What part of beef is best to use to make it at home with the food processor? Sirloin? Chuck?

      Where are you located Annie? Use Sirloin 100% lean meat. I love Glorig kofte or Chi kofte. My favorite. Enjoy! 👩‍🍳
