Fun fact: iPhone users say, “Why do you need that feature in your phone?” when a new Galaxy feature is introduced, but after a while, when the technology is applied to the iPhone, they open their wallets, arguing that it’s an innovation.
As an iPhone user I agree. But I have noticed that everything Apple keeps is usually also the only thing that survives on Android. For example the Galaxy S3 and it’s awesome facial and movement features. Absolutely loved them. Smart stay, smart pause, smart scroll which followed your eyes to scroll pages, hand movements above screen that had loads of possibilities. Apple didn’t adopt it and Samsung killed it off.
Camera almost identical to each other not any noticeable difference but with ufs3.0 and no notch 120hz display and at cheaper rate s21 would be my pick
For portraits, I liked the S21 ones. Daylight pictures are same. Zoom pictures much better in S21. I liked the Ultrawide of IP13 in day while I liked the ultrawide of S21 at night (definitely much better light). S21 has edge on night photography using main camera. To me it seems IP13 blows out the colors in night when I look through the windows of buildings when S21 seems fine. I noticed less noise in the sky in IP13 compared to S21. Sharpness seem same to me - in some photos water and wall appear smudged in IP13 while in others, pavement appear smudged in S21.

Hi Alex. I want to ask a question about the audio levels. The iOS system has an automatic gain control that regulates the input signal from the microphone. However, as far as I know, Android doesn't have automatic gain control. Since the audio levels of your side by side comparison were the same for both recordings, I'm assuming that you normalized the sound of the Galaxy S21 recording in post. Is that right? If so, how many Db did you have to increase the Galaxy S21 audio to match the iPhone audio level?

@Gennaro Panico Exynos is a dumpster chip and compared to the A15 is sickly! Every Samsung fan will say that the s21 is better and I prefaced my comment with that as when it comes to super fandom, Samsung fans are unsurpassed? 80% improvement is like where? The SD888 is a burner phone and the worse chip since the dog AKA SD810. The s21 is not a phone anyone should really buy as the chips are the end cycle of a poor effort by Qualcomm and Samsung. Not sure what you are watching assuming they are not Samsung affiliated channels!
@Gennaro Panico What are you talking about, both are current phones and both from 2021! Just because, for PR reasons Samsung releases early in the year does not make it previous gen, as that is dumb, as then the S21 is a previous gen to the Flip and Fold which is pure nonsense as they both have the SD888! Stop trying to justify the s21, it is what it is, and has a good camera phone, similar to the iPhone!
@Gennaro Panico I totally agree, whatever you prefer there are pros and cons but these days the differences are small. Hopefully these comparisons will make Samsung improve their videography and push Apple to put in a better ultra-wide and get their periscope camera moving (due 2023!). The s21 with deals ATM is a bargain but with the s21FE incoming worth waiting to see how good that is?
@Gennaro Panico The reason the A14/15 are so powerful is that they are used for the laptops, M1/M2 so we are talking laptop chips that are under locked for the iPhone. Qualcomm and Exynos will be upping their game next year and by the end of 2022 will be closing in. Just need better smartphone thermal solutions to make use of this power?
@Gennaro Panico I have an Android and iPhone so I get best of both worlds. I have no preferences and am happy they spur each other on which is great for consumers!

I have no preferences and am happy they spur each other on which is great for consumers!
in this comparison pixel 5 is winner
Freely admit the Iphone 13 has the better camera but galaxy takes everything else
s21 is better at night
Thanks for watching!
iPhone is better ❤️
Samsung
Iphone is better 🥳
Am not blind
I'm not a fan of those lower phones. I'm waiting for the pro review
Well then, just wait.
Pro model video coming soon
I phone 13 do much much better
02:42 that’s increased vibrance level in photos. iPhone is definitely better, it allows how you wanna edit ur photos.
Samsung is better in low light
You ignored all of the s21's better aspects, such as better dynamic range and stabilization
I bet you are an iphone user :-D
I'm not
iPhone 13 gives more details on the pictures
Thanks for checking out the video!
First
1st indeed!
Bhai teri biwi maal hai❤️♥️
1:30 look that buildings....S21 picking the details of that buildings
First
gonna say 2nd :)
@@RedskullPro just realised after refreshing…thank you for your honesty&detailed reviews👊🏿
Was planning to get iPhone 13 but reckon I need to reconsider my decision now.
I'd prefer S21 for Portrait,
due to its "gradual depth of field".
s21 seem better overall
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with everyone!
It seems Samsung don't need to release S22 Ultra. S21 Ultra can manage and still the king!
@Ncdcfan ass 21 LMAOO 🤣🤣
@Ncdcfan just select the skin tone you want in the settings... if you don't select "natural" then the problem is for who uses
@Ncdcfan don't you listen the iphone audio is something wrong with it ?.. sounds low and breaking up
They both did a pretty good job.
Situations always determine the out comes. ✌️
S21 has a good camera and mic .
5:17 the video and mic quality is slightly better on the S21 which is surprising considering the iPhone's reputation for video
iPhone microphones have been bad for many years
@@RedskullPro Have you tested how the voice is when the subject is on the footage from the rear cameras? I remember the iPhone started to get muffled when talking from the opposite side of the cameras you use
Nah ridiculous, most test show the iphone mics are much better and the audio is better, the 12 was way behind the s21 so apple stepped up. Iphone recording is directional, however you can switch it off. Also as an audio professional you can always reduce noise but recording accurate audio to life much more important.
when you think:
S21 have s20 sensors
And exynos 2100/Snapdragon 888 are not have good cores but samsung is better in camera video HDR etc.
Great job man, this is the exact comparison I was looking for since I'm getting either one of those. I've been an android user for 10+ years now but I think now I'll switch to iOS to give it a try.
So what did you end up getting
Iphone bad
@@yassinesaidi1252 I got the iPhone 13 (still have it) and it's awesome, first iPhone ever, no regrets
You forgot to activate hdr10+ when recording in 4k30 fps that improves a lot the image when recording with the samsung
Me encantan estos vídeos. Te empecé a ver hace un mes aprox sin saber cuándo saldría el 13, y ahora que salió el 13, esperé mucho por estos vídeos tuyos.
Para darte cuenta que el s21 es mejor?
@@Sushi_2297 they are both good tho…
I would rather prefer Samsung than iPhone in terms of comparing night pictures and also it's depth field
