This is the first video that introduced me to Rob Riches. Endless amounts of hours on RUclips watching and Studying this guy, still not sorry! Best fitness/nutrition specialist on RUclips!
Also, if you're eating it in the morning, you could also use sugar free jam. it's a lower glycemic carbohydrate which would be conducive after waking up.
Most of what you say I already know and if I didn't I could very easily google it, but any time I feel the urge to buy Ben n Jerry's or don't feel like working out your videos motivate me, keep em' coming!
I made these Pancakes after watching this and they turned out really well. The vanilla protein powder and a half of a banana (next time a whole banana) gave the sweet taste without syrup. I used my blender to blend and a non-stick pan and No oil - they didn't stick, looked great (appearance of food is important) and was really quick. Great videos
I literally just made these pancakes, except I had to use coconut oil to greese the pan, they came out good and tasted good! im 16, 5'11 and im 149 basically 150, and im almost underweight and just want to put on muscle, I love your channel, thanks!
I just made this pancake without the protein powder and some strawberries. At first when it was fresh off the pan I tried it and it was 'okay.' So, I ate half. But the next day... it was cold in the fridge... and it tasted wicked good!
@norlinton if I'm not mistaken, the olive oil properties are destroyed if you cook/heat it, though it's very healthy and great to use on the food after it's ready, as dressing etc.
i make mine with cottage cheese instead of protein powder! the quantity for me is 30 gr of oats,4 egg whites and 85 gr of cottage cheese and a pinch of cinammon which is enough for me as just a young lady who is fighting some excess fat not as a male bodybuilder :)
@wardogmobius well,it depends on ur needs :) male or female how u work out but if u consume complex carbs,25-30 gr protein healthy fats and some fruits or veggies u are set for ur breakfast! my diet is not really balanced anyway... but im trying my best when i can do this. i wish u the best :)
@theRonny305 no dude its not the same thing :P try cooking it without any oils at all, its still good. On a side note: coconut water is really super healthy for you, so if you have some, drink it :) put it in your smoothies etc. But it's not meant for cooking.
worried about carcinogens but not the sly steroid cycle he's doing in the off season to recover i respect rob and think he's possibly one of the most dedicated and knowledgable trainers and athletes out there, thats just a point that came to mind (above) when watching this NO NEED TO HATE! After thinking about it, you see where i'm coming from lol
Thanks Rob, nice pancake. If you agree please mention the benefits of `Free Range Meat' & Eggs' Yes it cost's a bit more but the health benefits plus the quality and of course the animal welfare benefits far out weigh the money saving. Also you can eat less of a high quality meat so it is actually cost effective. :) I like your work, well done
What do you do with the yolks? Is there any healthy way of cooking the eggs with the yolks? I know they have a lot of fat but i feel bad for just eating the whites xD
HI, Rob,...thanks for the Video. By the way, i cant hear clearly what you said. I adjusted my computer volume to max. Maybe you put your microphone too far from you.
@MrJamiewilliams1 I heard drinking egg whites that are not pasteurized can cause salmonella maybe thats why he cooked it, but I think he did it to eat them like pancakes, normally this food would be thought of being a fat food but he made it a healthy meal seems really good to me.
This guy is the MAN! I look up to this guy and I appreciate him taking the time in making these videos.
11 years ago - talking about vegetable oil being bad, McTs and cacao nibs - ahead of the game rob! Mad respect!

Richard, can you explain what happen when the protein powder heat up. does the nutrient get destroyed ?
That's amazing that looks well nice rob
Man I m big fun of u. With out u I won't be able to get lean body. Thanks a lot.
First time with shirt on? Great tips on different food!
Is it good to take before sleep?
@xilpa Stop comparing,They're both good!
@vdb129 How long have you been eating this kind of food? Im starting this week, what do you suggest?
it's the amino acids you want which the protein is made of.
its true that the protein is denatured but the amino acids stay as they are
@xilpa yeah because hes really generous with his calories and fat, this guy is an absaloute tank
MY OWN INGRED.:
5 egg whites, 2spoons of oats, 1/2 Tbspoon of coffee, 2 cups of horse raddish, and 3 pcs dried chilli pepper.
tastes like a monster!
@garethlangfield than what should my diet be like since i have no clue
what should i stay away from and what should i take in
thanks
i would have added 300ml of skimmed milk then blend it all together.
preserves more nutritions and tastes better and faster prepering
Can you make this up and drink it, as like a protein shake?
What if you're still hungry? Any suggestions?
Hi Rob, just wondering what do you do with the remaining egg yolks? I don't want to waste them, are there any meals you prepare solely with egg yolks?
slick flip bro
I know this is an old video, but wondering if you've ever touched on this. What're your thoughts on hemp seed as a protein substitute?
He should have his own foodnetwork show.
can i use chocolate or chocolate powder insread of cocoa anti oxidants that you used
great recipe
i love your accent rob riches
ty rob
Watching this is like watching Gordan Ramsay
hey rob, does whey protein denaturate from heat or its safe ?
Question, what do you use for syrup?
Is olive oil fine to have instead of the coconut oil?
rob , is it ok to have oats in morning after cardio + abs?
ill be trying this tomorrow morning (Y)
I know what my breakfast will be going forward.
What do you use as a substitute for syrup?
@theRonny305 no dude its not the same thing :P try cooking it without any oils at all, its still good. On a side note: coconut water is really super healthy for you, so if you have some, drink it :) put it in your smoothies etc. But it's not meant for cooking.

NO NEED TO HATE! After thinking about it, you see where i'm coming from lol
What protein are you using?
the pancake mixture, could it too be stored over night?
can i use butter in the place of coconot oil?
@xilpa lol...Scott herman is cool also, but this guy just works out more efficiently and knows his nutrition.
can you make a cook book!
I have 1 question! Does it actually taste good?
does heating not damage the nutritional value of protein powder??
good idea :)
you can tell he's natural , he doesnt have a typical bodybuilders face , no jaw muscle
whats the latest time to eat dinner?
can you eat it only in the morning for breakfast? or..
Does heating up the protein like destroy it or something?
Thanks Rob, nice pancake. I like your work, well done
is it possible to get muscle without protien shakes or powder
Could you add weight gainer instead protein
@doumanian3 well its totally dependant on what your goals are if you tell me that then i could maybe recomend a diet plan
the protein structure is but the amino acids aren't so it's fine to heat them
How many days can you keep the pancakes in the fridge ??
@xilpa come on man there both really good.
ahh thanks!
dude i have no funds to argument my saying, but i belive cooked protein whey loose their properties, do you know something about that?
does anyone what this bottle mixer is called?
is it possible to get muscle without protien shakes
