  • You are so lucky if you are single or living alone.
You don't have anybody who could be against you going on a carnivore diet.
It is rather tricky is your partner loves to bake bread or cookies.
Or, one of your family members is severely addicted to sugar or carbs.
I found the Carnivore Diet simple yet economical, and I feel safe to eat.
It is so simple that one skillet is good enough to prepare a meal.
It is economical because you only buy meat, eggs, and seafood.
I feel safe because the spices I use are only black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
I buy eggs at Marukai (now called Tokyo Central) in Los Angeles.
Costco has good quality beef at a reasonable price.
In the video on Day 5, I mentioned that you don't need to buy premium quality meat.

I eat a plant-based diet, so pretty much the opposite to this challenge haha. But I enjoyed watching your nice video and appreciate your desire to find simple, quality ingredients! 😊

Let me know if you like Costco meat. When I was there on Sunday, the meat department person was just loading the steaks. I asked him to select good one for me, because they can tell which piece is better. Bingo! The steak was so tender.
