    Obviously the problem is the corruption that now widespread. In theory, the ATF can call a single shot 22 a machine gun and there is nothing anyone can do about it because it will take the Supreme Court a few years to hear the case. After that, even if the case has been justly won, the damage to every day people is done and the government will simply ignore the decision, claim the court to be illegitimate just like New York City as done for the last 20 years.

      that is why "18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law" and "18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights" exist.
      The politicians making these laws knowing they contradict the plain language of the 2nd amendment should be in jail. The agents enforcing these laws should be in jail. And if ANYONE died as a result of any of the gun control laws or enforcement they should be in death row. It's the law.

      The Supreme Court has the ability, if asked by a lawyer to hear a case that is clearly against one of their rulings. So far they have not done anything but send stern letters to the AGs involved. They are toothless by their own making.

      I remember once I had a race hate group who hide under the guise of religious group knocking on my door (not a white hate group) they were super persistent and kept knocking as if they thought someone was home & purposely not answering their door. They finally gave up but not after walking back out to sidewalk, stopping, turning around staring at my house for a few more seconds looking at 1st floor & 2nd floor windows. It was much easier to not answer than tell them I'm not going to donate money to group who hates me because of my skin & eye color.

    Whenever dealing with any government officials you have the right to remain silent, the right to an attorney and the right to refuse search and seizure. Even SCOTUS recommends saying as little and possible to the police and invoking your rights. Even if they have a warrant you do not have to assist them in any way. And if you must sign anything, i recommend not signing until your attorney looks at it, always make it clear it is under duress and write that on the paperwork. It seems cheesy but it helps when you go to court.

So cops are bureaucrats seeking office lackeys and attempting to use citizens as their private secretaries. They really do not give a crap about the law and bad guys, it all is bureaucracy and BEING SERVED, not serving. At this point there needs to be push back against this. If the atf comes knocking, do not open the door, do not answer questions. Advise them they are trespassing on private property and you will be calling the police.
    Call the police and advise the 911 operator that there are 2 individuals who are trying to gain entry to your house and they are impersonating a law enforcement officer. Then, arm yourself...........
    Neither one of these "atf agents" look professional, neither one are speaking professionally, and they do not have any identification that is plainly visible.
    Its not like they are conducting surveillance or undercover ops. There is no reason for them to not be wearing identification or have their badges and I.D. clearly displayed.
    So far everything the ATF has done, has been wishy-washy, underhanded, shady, sneaky, and biggest of all, at all levels thay have proven themselves to be blatant liers. This is an agency that should never be trusted for any reason.

      Street clothes and unprofessional appearance "beards, tattoos, etc etc" one could take the liberty to assume they WEREN'T real and ignore them. Not sure about these clowns but even the lowest ranking Patrolman in your local Department wears a uniform while on duty and has his badge clearly shown with proper ID. This isn't a undercover OP or a drug bust or something.

    I asked for a WOT last year for Christmas. I received it as a present, so you can imagine the HELL that was unleashed on me, when someone else got a certified letter in the mail with her name on it, threating to send her to jail with fines. (same letter as shown here) Regretting my decision to ask for it, instead of just buying it myself, I agreed to hire a lawyer and turn it over to them, instead of the 3 letter agency. We wanted no part of them showing up to our door making threats or getting entrapped into making any other statements to incriminate myself. The lawyers agreed the letter was bogus, and even made out in a weird capitalized font (name of person), but he also said that they had unlimited funds to drag it out in court for years on end if need be, for me to keep my $200 trigger. I have been in a private lawsuit in the past, that dragged out for over 3 years, where when I "won", I still lost tons of money in lawyer fees. So it just wasn't worth it. They can ruin you, destroy your sanity, home life, etc.. and still be in the wrong. They just walk away, and move on to the next guy, and leave you broken. I am all for fighting for my rights, but I also didn't want to be living in a tent in my backyard because she kicked me out, because I wanted to make a stand, and ruin her name. All in all, it was a $2700 loss, and I never even got to install the darn thing. Oh.. and one of the first things the lawyer asked us was, "How did they illegally obtain your credit card information?" BTW, I got my WOT at a discounted rate from RareBr**d. So, either they turned me over, or my MasterCard did.

      WOT is Big Daddy Unlimted. Rare breed is FRT.
      Big Daddy Unlimted sold the WOT and did turn people in, hence why they lost so much business. WOT (wide open trigger) and FRT (forced reset trigger) are two different manufacturers

    • @jhricht
      @jhricht 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@yeeebayeeba4268 Yes.. that is correct. EXCEPT... Close to the end of last year, the RareBreed web said they sued WOT for patent infringement, and they assumed an undisclosed amount of WOT triggers, with the win. Then to dump them, sold them at half price. That is how I got my WOT, from RareBreed.
