Barry laid down 18 tracks for this song and then with his brothers another 9. The producer said he sang each track perfectly, every phrase, breath and note exactly the same every time. Remarkable talent.

That magical voice in the middle is Barry Gibbs. He has been married to the same woman since his early adult years. He is the last one left as the two you see there and his youngest brother Andy have passed.
Unfortunaterly there is only one now Barry the lead singer. I was fortunate to meet him and he is the nicest celebrity I ever met. Very down to earth and a lovely man.
@@Lee_yourboylee That is not misinformation. Robin's natural voice was higher than Barry's natural voice, And check out "Living Together" Robin sings falsetto in that song.

I grew up with the Bee Gees, & you have no idea how happy it makes me, to see the younger generation discover the music we fell in love with !!! Thank you so much for this & they were brothers, & Barry(the one in the middle) is the last one, but please review more of their music, you will not be disappointed, & they span over decades, & crossed many genres!
I just stumbled upon this channel and I love it. The Bee Gee's have always been one of my favorites. Barry Gibb (the one in the middle) is insanely talented.
Grew up listening to them and to this day they are my favorite group. Love your reactions to them. They have a huuuuuge catalog, so dig in and enjoy! Barry is the one in the middle. He's still performing!
Thank you for your reaction fun and great as always. The best part about The Bee Gees is they can pull it off live . Yes to some more Bee Gees.❤️😃👍🌼✌️ Love and peace.
You funny with the reaction to Barry's falsetto! It's a beautiful thing to hear. I love the way he takes his time with phrasing the notes. Good God Almighty!
I can't even begin to put into words to express how much I love listening to the Bee Gees. I have goosebumps all over when I hear the harmonizing and Maurice with his high notes. They always swell my heart... Thank you for this video :)
Barry Gibb is the one in the middle. The three are brothers. Barry is the oldest. Robin on the left and Maurice are twins. Maurice passed away from complications from some internal issues and had a heart attack. Robin died in 2012 from complications from collateral cancer. They also had a younger brother Andy who also died after struggling with cocaine abuse. Barry is the only one out of the 4 that is alive
Great reaction fella. I was born in 69, the music from 60s up till late 90s and some beyond for me was so inclusive. The many bands were mixed, it felt like tomorrow would only get better. But now the music seems so angry and we all know it can change our mood so quickly, that's its power. I just hope we all learn to use it again and actually treat each other as equals and enjoy life. As we get older we reflect more and more on what we haven't done or could have been. Hope a new generation like you is discovering the wealth of good music and makes your soul rise. Finally, humans have done many a bad thing over the centuries to each other, we cannot take time back but we can learn and work together for the better, key word to all is respect....a word very low in the world at the moment. Dave UK
Amen to that! I was born in 1947. The music through the 70s is comfort food for me. It makes me smile to younger folks appreciating this music . I share Dave's sentiment we're all in this together! Music and artistic expression can bring us together. You are doing a wonderful thing by sharing this with others.
This is the type of music that just makes you wanna slow dance with your spouse in the kitchen while making dinner 💜 My suggestion: Somebody to Love- Queen (official video)
One more thing about this video. Although this looks like a live version, it is only as far as the images themselves. They made the video and then used the recorded in studio version for the audio to merge both. When this song was recorded, as it is often the case for many vocalists, each part of the songs were recorded separately. The music, the harmonies which all 3 are performing and then Barry's solo parts. It was then just a matter of mixing all the parts together in the studio. It was the same method for example for Olivia Newton-John's song A Little More Love in which Olivia sings the solo parts as well as all the harmonies. I am mentioning Olivia since Barry wrote songs that she recorded like Carried Away. She also performed in duets with Barry for Face To Face and then also his younger brother Andy for Rest your Love On Me.
Barry is the one with "the most incredible falsetto" and the only surviving Gibb brother. The are all talented singers and song writers and wrote the theme for "Grease" sung by Frankie Vali and wrote songs for Barbara Streisand and Dione Warrick.
More then outstanding... I believe they did like 24 or 26 overlays in the studio... Turned out AMAZING. LOL... I cried when DISCO DIED !! Lol... Thumbs up and Peace be upon you... Strength & Honor.

They were three brothers, originally from Australia, who began singing as children in the late 1960's. Barry (the guy in the middle) was the oldest; the one on his left, in this video, was Maurice (pronounced 'Morris,') and the one on his right, Maurice's fraternal twin brother, Robin. They were some of the most prolific singer/songwriters of their time. Maurice and Robin are now gone, but Barry is still around, and still doing some touring, I think, and producing. (It's sad, though, 'cause, of course, he looks so old now.) In my opinion, they were three of the most talented men on the planet. Their music was magic.
Not from Australia. Born in The Isle of Man, moved to Manchester and then emigrated with parents to Australia. They came back to the UK to further their music career.
The Bee Gees are English born. They emigrated to Australia in the early 60s, lived there several years and it is where they started their singing. The earliest clips of them performing are on Australian television shows. They have a sister Lesley, who is still alive and remained living in Australia while the brothers went overseas to establish themselves. Lesley lives in New South Wales, a state in Australia.
When I watched the reactions it’s almost like hearing it again the first time. We had a lot of good musicians back in the day and no auto tune. What you heard was what you got ❤
Middle guy is Barry, he's the only one left alive. There is also another brother Andy, he also sang like this, but he died very young and before the others. They said he died of a "broken heart" .. watch his video "I just want to be your everything". This family is an institution, incredibly talented.
It was coke. Unfortunately, he became addicted. His mother always blamed herself, as he went to her saying he was broke. She gave him money, and he bought the drugs that killed him with it.
I have to say in watching certain videos that I love to see you interact your baby. You are an amazing dad. I love it! You are an amazing role model and dad.
