For accessing G drive. Since we already got the file path, I believe it would be easier to check the drive on AD and confirm if the user is added under members. If so, then we can continue by remoting to the users PC, right click on "this pc" and select map network drive.
Exactly right. If you have access to check the share drive access. But, you can skip this step because after you map the drive it will tell you if user has access. If not... then you go check or figure out who can grant access (the owner).

@@edreannadion8097 It should be fine with office 365... when it comes to Remote Support tools then it may be an issue, because you support Windows users but you are using a Macbook.

As of the moment I am using Lenovo with low specs just an i3 thats why I’m going to invest on a good one that works best for the role , Again , thank you.😀
@@edreannadion8097 I use this HP for work: amzn.to/3iCKJnL But, I use another monitor as the main screen and then extend desktop to the laptop-to use as 2nd screen. In the nutshell, as long as you have an i5 or better it should be fine.

Should work. Don't spend a lot of money on these cards... they are still way too over priced. Normal price is between $160 and $180.
