Have learned a lot from you channel. Finished office 355. Quick question ( not related to this video) I’ve found a playlist that go into depth with office 365 administration. Like how to read email headers and how reports are generated from spam confidence level and that sort of thing. Would that playlist be useful for entry level help desk. My pleasure. Although Help Desk can seem like customer service... in the end you are resolving computer issues which can be used as experience moving forward in career. It's good to learn as much as you can with hands on experience which makes a huge difference in expending knowledge and providing motivation.

Que :: If a Cat 5/5e/6/6a is Only using four Wires to transmit the data and Fibre optics only had two and Telephone Wire only has 4 wires, then Why LAN cables had Extra Four wires in them. Like White of brown and The brown itself is never been used then why Needed to be added in A Cat Lan Cable? Thank You !

Hello. Look at the task manager and sort by CPU usage. It should tell you what is using the CPU. That is where the issue is.
