Hi Eren, Thank you so much for the walk-through to the help-desk content. Could you please suggest as to how I can resolve this issue. For instance, if there is a email web client like zimbra and the end-user is trying to open the file attachments (libre files with extension such as odf spreadsheet) which doesn't open with the correct file extension and the attachment try to open up with pdf , how can one approach fixing this problem?
@@talhasd3555 The end user just needs file association changed from . pdf to the correct libre office extension. Have them download the file. Right click, Properties, then change to which ever program is used to open that file.
I just quit my job and already applied for a tier1 service desk tbh I’m not a tech savvy and so afraid to make mistakes. Thank you for showing me how it works. I hope tier1 isn’t too hard to start.

you can't. you can use another account that might be on there but you still need to know the password. as far as I know reinstalling OS is the only option left.
I'm not sure exactly what you are asking... but, if work is stressful, don't let it get to you. I get stresses at work sometimes, but in the end I'm only hurting myself by thinking about it. Especially if it's something I can't fix (computers or people)... You try your best and move on. I hope that helps.
