i will buy these mic once i have my budget for it, hehe. i really love the quality of DJI product! i have the dji pocket 2 creators combo set and i love the quality of my audio when i am vlogging specially if i am using the wireless mic. its really amazing! it was a great unboxing and review! enjoy vlogging! 😊❤
Outstanding video. I just recently picked one of these up myself. My only major issue is the fact that the Hot shoe mount is made of very flimsy cheap feeling plastic. I saw another review where the reviewer had already broken his due to its lack of durability. I saw you had a hard time getting the Hot Shoe mount to disconnect. I feel like I'm going to break it every time I disconnect it.
@@whatsnew2964 make sure you have the receiver plugged into the Mic port not the Aux port on the ZV-E10, it's the one under it's own separate flap, not the one by the USB-C and HDMI.
Hey Brandon, we will be doing some additional tutorials soon. You could mount them to a quad and record straight to the internal memory of the transmitter, but you would just get a bunch of prop and wind noise, not sure if that would be beneficial to your productions.
Ordered back in November 2021!!!!!. Sick of seeing loads of "Influencer" RUclips videos, especially in last few weeks, yet no sign of "DJI Mic" for actual ordinary users. The reasons given for the delays do not make sense as it has now gone on for so long. No idea if I will eventually receive mine in May as latest availability update shows. Love DJI products and have loads of Drones, Cameras and Osmo's but the wait for the DJI Mics is just crazy, and annoying now with so many fresh influencer Videos appearing again, just like they did back in November last year. Like loads of others I have ended up buying Rode GO II systems.
I joined the "Reserved List" back in November and was fortunate enough to get my order placed as soon as DJI sent the launch notification last week, within a couple of hours the first batch was purchased and orders following would be delayed until May. I've used it for a couple of projects so far, the system is really nice, however the internal recording on the transmitters is really quiet, even with the gain settings turned up to +10dB so additional gain needs to be added in post. More videos coming soon.
Dunno, I ordered mine mid April and received it mid May thru B&H Video. Have yet to use it, Ive had it for two weeks, planning on using it for a memorial service this weekend that I will live stream.
FYI, there is a firmware update already for these, have to copy the install file to each transmitter and the receiver, power the unit off and on again and it will install on each one. A bit of a hassle since the file has to be copied on all three devices individually, would have been better if it could be done thru the case.
, here's one downside for this fabulous mic system, when you use it with an iPhone you only get mono mode you do not get separate stereo left and right channel. Please DJI, with a software update could you please make it so the iPhone will stay in stereo mode in not forced into mono mode… I know you can use the transmitter's as recorders but it's just one more step I have to work with when I get into post production. I work on long documentaries and I don't need more files to keep track of or hard Drive space…
This cable amzn.to/3tQDrT6 enables dual channel recording on iPhone and iPad. However, it is expensive and it's one more device that shouldn't be necessary. I'm guessing it's a licensing issue with Apple.
Hi I have a question… I might be missing something simple here but I just did an interview using the dji mics and when I've come to edit the interview I can get each mic sounding great on their own even done a little mix within logic on each separate mic. But then when I come to edit the full interview I of course have to put both voices on top of each other and sync them up. I've managed to do that fine but they just sound a bit naff because we're sitting apart from each other in the interview you can here the other person speaking slightly in each mic. Am i correct in saying the only way to elimnate this is to go through the whole interview bit by bit and cut out the other mic when the other person is speaking? This would be a very very lengthy process so I'm hoping for someone to jump on this post and save my day...or should i say my week! The way I recorded the interview is a mic on both people abs clicked record on both transmitters then dragged the files of each transmitter and loaded them into filmora 11. I recorded in mono so have separate recordings for each transmitter. What am I doing wrong? 🙏
If you have them perfectly synced it should be fine. Keep one mic on the left channel and the other on the right. The spill over will just add to the stereo effect. You can combat this better by using a lav mic next time, the attenuation is a little better.
@@AerialPixel thanks for your comment I really appreciate it :) I was messing around with it again today started from fresh and I think the problem lies with the fact that I normalised both tracks so it brought levels up throughout the tracks. I’ve put a gate on but there’s still quite a lot of noise which is basically the mics themselves. So with this in mind I think you’re right I’m going to have to get some lav mics. Which is a shame…more amazon items 🙈 any you recommend?

I have a car channel, and being in Oklahoma City,at the car shows, it gets very windy. Will this product help me in those situations? Great video. 🤝
Yes to a point there are Dead Cat wind muffs included that will help get rid of the wind noise. But a dead cat muff will help any microphone.
@Aerial-Pixel Thank you! I appreciate your time for sharing that info with me.🤝

I agree, I hope someone makes a metal version. After removing and installing it quite a few times it isn't as tight now.
Seems better than the Rode Wireless 2
Best unboxing ❤❤❤....which firmware is the latest one??...plz tell me ❤
v02.00.72.87 DJI hasn't updated in a long time though.

It's not too bad, just keep the .bin file copied to your clipboard then plug-in - past - unplug - repeat.

Hi - thanks for the review. 7:16 if I use the usbc connector can I use it with my phones usbc to record audio to my phone.
Yes, just use the appropriate adapter (USB-C or Lightning).
Opened brand new and receiver did not turn on but mics did
