@@rockandrollgaragetv I do to. VERY underrated and underappreciated here in the US. Even after trying to break America twice. But they outsold everyone (in singles) in Britain; including Queen, The Who, Led Zeppelin, etc, during the 70's
@@michaelmoore7975 yeah, it’s crazy how many bands are big only in Europe or only in the US. One that fascinates me is Grateful Dead. They are huge there, right? They are really unknown here in Brazil at least, for example.
@@rockandrollgaragetv Yes, the Grateful Dead were essentially a "road band" "jam band" or "groove band" with a big US counterculture fanbase. They had moderate appeal in other nations, but not really significant, likely due to US specific created genres like, folk, country, bluegrass and gospel. BTW your english is very good.
@@rockandrollgaragetv P.S. BTW, if you like the Grateful Dead, you might try a listen to a couple of my favorite "jam bands" The best is _Little Feat._ These guys are a true "band for bands." or "music for musicians." The band and it's founder, Lowell George, are mentioned all the time in interviews with very successful musicians citing them as a influence.. Lowell and the band are HUGE influences for many artists. Another is _Dan Hicks and His Hot Licks,_ also a music for musicians type. Both bands are eclectic and nothing like anything else. They defy genre. There is no real label you can attach, although individual songs might have a Zydeco or folk flavor or anything really. For Little Feat I recommend the album, Down on the Farm. For Dan Hicks I recommend Last Train to Hicksville. Every song on both albums are worth hearing. I guarantee both will be unlike most anything you've heard, and next to impossible to fix a label on the style or genre. The best part is the music is completely listenable, catchy, and interesting. Unlike say, Frank Zappa (who I love) but some of his music is just too complex for my ignorant ears. Same for Steve Vai.
Not really a band, but Ozzy claimed Noddy Holder of Slade has "...one of greatest voices in rock ever..."
@@michaelmoore7975 And I totally agree! Slade is so underrated!

So AC/DC scrapped with Deep Purple’s roadies and also scrapped with black sabbath members. Seem to be little shit disturbers.
