    Love that little smile Jack has when he first shows us what the Reverb section does. It’s great to see Jack talking us through these amp features, his ease of explaining and enthusiasm shows how much he was involved in the design of all the various features. Love to see this rather than an artist just slapping their name on something. I think this amp will sound absolutely outstanding in person. The man has convinced me, but the last thing I need is another amp….

    With all the "junk" gear that's flooding the guitar market for many years now, finally a reall innovation.
    Not another bulshit pedal or amp that sounds exactly like million others, but a real innovative product.
    I'm sure Leo would have been very proud of this.
    Well done, Jack and Fender for this really inspiring piece of gear!!

      What junk gear? Most inexpensive guitars are CNC machine made and are better quality than older expensive gear. I think we are in a new golden age of guitars. Not sure about amps, but guitars are much better than in the 80s and 90s.

      I’ve actually heard a few Dumbles in person three different ones at Carter Vintage in Nashville, and I’ve seen Kenny Wayne Shepherd live. Two of the ones at Carter Vintage sounded good but not great in my opinion, but the third one an Overdrive Deluxe (one of only three Dumble made) previously owned by Keith Urban didn’t sound good at all. Kenny Wayne Shepherd, on the hand, sounded absolutely incredible. It was probably the best guitar tone I’ve ever heard in person, but his amps were custom built for him (as Dumble did with all his clients) so maybe when they are played by someone who isn’t the original owner they just don’t sound right. I don’t know.
      This amp sounds amazing and even though it’s expensive it’s less expensive than the good Dumble clones and a completely different amp from a Dumble anyway.

    • @drgonzorevival
      @drgonzorevival 2 месяца назад +1

      @@charlesbolton8471I never said there is no person on the planet that ever has heard a dumble in person. But assuming everyone did is just plain stupid. Comparing a new amp that costs 3k with a dumble is even more stupid. There’s always something more expensive out there. To my ears, this amp sounds better than the mythical dumble. And it can be bought without selling a house. End of story.
