This show is just so much better than any late night show out there. The premise of genuinely great questions while searing hot wings are sliding down their necks is just fantastic, because the answers come through along with comedy and even some levity. This is the first time I’ve seen Sean stumble with the wings of death, but I can’t blame him she’s breathtaking.
I didn't notice it personally but he does mimic the level of the guest, overplaying his suffering when the guest is struggling even though he's probably fine.

It's amazing how this RUclips series went from different eclectic types of fun guests, to a MUST stop on any press tour. Stopping at Hot Ones is just as important as stopping at The Tonight Show or The Today show when promoting your project. The whole Hot Ones team deserves any and all accolades they receive, and more!
Not true even in the slightest lol. Tons of high budget films and millionaire actors developing next level films aren't here. Generally speaking hot ones takes on whatever they can get, it's not a hot commodity, its a means to an end.
The more successful Hot Ones became, the funnier the DJ Khaled episode got.

As Sean has said several times, no female guest has ever quit, while several male ones have. I don't know if women are just more determined than men, but my favourite reactions are all from ladies - especially Jennifer Garner. "I'd like to hug your neck... with my hands", delivered with an evil grin.
As an Israeli, seeing gal constantly question Sean about the show, being surprised about how it works and everything, making sean speak hebrew and be completely confused about rolling the red carpet for her, I'm happy this is what ends this season of hot ones and I can't be happier!
of all the Hot Ones episodes this feels the most like a casual conversation to me cause she's asking Sean questions back almost the same rate as him like a real back and forth

A HUGE part of what makes Gal Gadot so attractive is that she's so unpretentious, very down to earth, and just a really open, friendly, honest communicator. She's so warm and GENUINE that she just leaves a trail of happy people behind her everywhere she goes. It's BECAUSE she can spit and swear and be down-to-Earth that she's attractive..... not DESPITE it.

The thing I love most about this series is how it humanizes the people being interviewed.
Sure, they give interviews, but they are always so calm and collected and have previously approved questions.
This throws them into a loop and we see the real person behind the façade. It is endearing.

See that's "the thing"; the hot sauces tears away whatever "character" you're bringing to the interview table, and yes everyone has a "character" that they present to the world - not just actors/musicians etc. Most if not all of the guests start off "in the character they're trying to portray to us viewers", even if they think they're "being themselves". The thing is, a few sauces in and they can't muster up the control - to be in control they way they're used to. In a lot of interviews you're seeing people in their rawest form, accented by a hint of a panic that they can't ignore. In those moments even the most seasoned actor knows "the jig is up" and they just default to their TRUE true selves in the interest of just surviving the ordeal. It's the sauces, not Sean that (really) get people to "cut the BS" - Sean gets answers, as the guest completely abandons the character that they thought they were going to maintain for the duration of the interview. It's brilliant, diabolical.

I find it funny that so many people don’t realize just how normal some people are even after game. The way she was so happy taking the first bite of the wing to immediately answering a question with such a lifted voice. Also her “I love food” wiggles
I think I've finally figured out one of the key reasons why I like this show: It turns celebrities, who we all put on a pedestal and think of as perfect and gorgeous and flawless, into a human body reacting to a powerful stimulus. No glamour or beauty can keep you from belching, leaking spit, or spitting out your drink.

But him introducing the guests is professional af, I admit.
