Gordon comes across as icy and vicious, but he is one of the truly nicest people in the world. He has a passion for food and to make a meal an adventure. His cussing is just all part of training over in Europe and Great Britain. Of course Scottish and Brits are masters of being polite while cussing so it comes naturally to him.
