Starfield looks a lot like The Outer Worlds but like with an insane amount of mods.
It really does look like they copied the vibe of that game. The graphics are better, can’t say how the play compares.
I suppose there’s a finite number of recipes to cook up.
Should’ve copied no man’s sky, at least the spaceships would be an actual part of the game not just a loading screen room

You are hilarious, mate! Back when Morrowind was on the original Xbox, my sons and I played it relentlessly. I had 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls and 3 Xboxes, luckily. I played as a goodie two shoes, fighting for right, my eldest, played as a bastard/occasionally good cross, and my youngest son as a thief. The youngest used to break into people’s houses, murder them and steal all their loot. I, scored the best loot ever, by being an upstanding citizen. I found the “Boots of Blinding Speed” and the “Staff of Magical Flight”. The combination of the two, meant morrowind had its own jet engined crusader, at least for 45 seconds (the staff used to run out of pixie dust after 45 seconds bringing you crashing to the ground). You could cover virtually the length of the country using the boots of blinding speed and the flying staff!
Anyway, we loved Morrowind. They both told me about Starfield. They bought new Xboxes a few months ago, mainly because of Starfield. They’re grown up, both on big 6 figure salaries, with respectable jobs, but somehow they seem to be able to find the time to play. I don’t have the time, I’d love to play, so I’m going to watch you! I’m sending this video to them because they will piss themselves laughing, like I did. Thank you for making it.

I tried to like this game and only invested 6 hours before I decided to uninstall it. Too much inventory management, the map is the worst map I've ever seen in a game and all the gun play, including spaceship battles just didn't feel right. Hopefully some quality of life changes are made. I'm still glad so many others are enjoying this game. I'm actually worried about Elder Scrolls 6, I really hope they don't mess it up.

I had a bug for the last faction mission, where it wouldn't let me talk to the guy I needed to. Finally after about an hour of screwing around with him it let me, then I went to the last marker and it put me into a mandatory random dogfight that was unwinnable and it never autosaved so it sent me back to the bugged out guy I couldn't talk to....

If you’re not encumbered, you can teleport to your ship via the scanner. I got stuck at a point in the game where I was being killed over and over and wouldn’t be able to press the option to go to prison, but all I did was get into my ship and quickly jump to the next system
