as a customer I fuind that drivers are lazy
Those are standard packaging guidelines. The problem is that most companies we order from DO NOT use proper packaging. They have determined the risk outweighs the benefits in successful deliveries vs damage claims.
Walmart, Target, etc- do NOT ship amything in proper packaging.
Great, now test them against a plane crash.
