I find your videos incredibly relaxing - they make me really happy. They’re so simple, matter-of-fact, no pretence or long preamble … just someone doing something they love, and doing it well, and sharing it with the world. Today I made kimchi fried rice because of you. I’ve never made it before… it turned out great! Thanks for introducing me to another culture that’s not even yours… and doing it so respectfully. This is how you show appreciation, not appropriation. Well done!
when i saw the title of this video, it brought me back a lot of memories. since both my parents were working, one of us (my siblings) always needed to cook for dinner cause my parents would be too tired to cook, and among my siblings, i did most of the cooking. most of my peers did not understand why i sometimes needed to go home early and stuff cause "no one would be cooking" and it was tough at times honestly! but i enjoyed and loved cooking that's why i still did it even though it can get pretty busy sometimes. even after i graduated, got a license for my career, i became a SAHD or stay at home daughter for 2 yrs d/t pandemic and was just living life and cooking meals for my whole family. now that im living abroad/away from home, i definitely miss that time! thinking about the next meals, getting excited to try out new recipes, and sometimes not getting approvals ('cause i like exploring different cuisines as well, esp korean!) haha! im just rambling now anyway, thank you for putting out this video logan. it's so nice to know that i wasn't alone in the "cooking for family" game as a son/daughter, there's not many of us! Your joy and love for food has reignited mine. ED took a great deal of that from me and seeing your passion for it makes me remember my own. Loved this video!
You've grown onto me immensely over the last month. I think its amazing you still cook for your family because I find it pretty hard to find any child at your age who still prepares meals and I think its the simple things that really do matter!

You're amazing! I love Asian cuisine - and I try a little at home to make what I can. When I visit my local Asian groceries, I get so intimidated by the products but also get excited by all the different possibilities. Wish I just went for it!
Im Korean and I think the Korean govt. should designate you as a Korean food ambassador lol and I’m happy to learn some easy western cooking, besides Korean cooking haha
It’s really nice to see you cooking, your love for korean food, and your relationship with your family literally everything! Your videos are so calm and peace it’s like healing therapy I watch it everyday love you logan ❤
I really liked the beginning when you explained how you got into cooking! If you like coffee you should get into making your own (like hand grinding the beans and doing pour overs instead of nespresso or keurigs) its really fun to learn how to make it exactly to your taste :)

Logan! When you make marinated crabs, you have to make it with live crabs. If you make it with frozen or unfresh crabs, you can get sick. Freshness is the key to marinated crab! hope you get well soon💜

Oh honey you have to try golden milk! It’s a great Way to get turmeric in your diet & it’s just as easy to prepare as matcha! I like the Harney and Sons one but it has chunks of coconut and lots of peoples dislike that about it but try golden milk!! Heat milk on the stove, add the powder, add honey or whatever you want. It’s awesome. You can even get turmeric and matcha. I think T2 has one!!!

Having black pepper with turmeric makes the curcumin in it (anti-inflammatory) bioavailable, otherwise you’re unlikely to experience any benefit 💚

Would that work with chili powder instead of black pepper?
@@logaagm you’re welcome!
