The thing I like about Logan is that he has so much respect for Asian cuisines. He also has been interested in it and making recipes from Asia for his whole life. So he is very rare on social media since right now a lot of RUclipsrs are just making Korean food for clout since a lot of it is trending. You know that with Logan he actually likes the food he’s making and has liked it for a large part of his life.
yess and i’ve been cooking since i was at least 5🤭 and asian recipes are easy and healthy!! it’s the only thing i make but im always trying new stuff from different cultures!!
I agree. Even a couple years ago, asian food wasn't that popular and even made fun of. But now that it's trending, I see so many RUclipsrs and influencers eating these foods. Lol the people that used to make fun of these foods are now "hyping" them up cuz it's trendy and quirky. But I don't really get that vibe from Logan which I appreciate
And?? A lot of families especially white people aren't open to trying different cusines. It's not basic respect it's just being scared of change. Basic respect is when you try the food and decide to say it's not your type instead of saying it tastes disgusting.@@raissaji1340
going to your grandparents' house, cooking for them and chilling around the lake with the dogs seems like so much fun but also so peaceful! thank you for including it in the video 🫶✨️
as a korean, I am so incredibly delighted and just amazed at the way you cook our foods. I don't ever see non-koreans making food the same way you do, and I never really want to eat it, but yours? I feel like it would taste just like my mom's. you're doing an amazing job!
As a Filipino, I grew up cooking without measuring out ingredients (as my parents taught me), so it's great seeing others cook like this as well. Will definitely try out all the different kinds of kimchi that you've made as well as your other recipes!
@@sapphire2640not just asian, cajuns(south Louisiana) eyeball as well...we never measure. And I can't speak for us all here, but we really love cooking asian food.

i always love your shortform cooking videos, but seeing the amount of love you always put into making food for your family in the longform ones makes me smile even more 🥹💕
I really like that the way he cooks looks so natural(also because he's been actually doing this for a very long time) but at the same time he's deadly serious about it. My mother have been surprised multiple times because of the little details that goes into his recipe! She was like "How does he know to do that?" lol
Logan you can eat the yellow zucchini blossoms as well!! They taste so nice just lightly fried in a pan with a tiny bit of garlic and olive oil, salt and that‘s it! In Turkey we eat it like that in summer a lot! 🥰
we also stuff it w seasoned and soaked rice, place it in a way it will stay very still (or else the rice will escape) and boil it (you will understand it better if you watch some turkish dolma recipes and see how they cook it.). we usually season it w onion, garlic, tomatoes, pepper paste, lemon juice, black pepper and salt

you literally just became my new obsession with this one video. I love food, I love watching people cook, and the vibes are immaculate, and it's so calming I don't know I'm about to binge watch your videos lmaoo
Hi Logan! I remember watching your kimchi making vlog, and found it very entertaining. As a pure korean, I’ve never actually ever seen my parents make their kimchi, but looking at your video you seemed to know exactly what you were doing. Earlier this week my parents made a fresh batch of kimchi and i found out how similar my moms recipe was to yours! I love how you keep it authentic.keep it up! Love your videos.
Logan, it’s so heartwarming how you introduce different cultures to your family and how open-minded they are. What better way to do it than through food! 🥰
I love that you are sharing your love for asian cuisine and also sharing it with your family ❤ i bet they probably would have never tried those things if it werent for you!
I know 99% people here are Koreans or Korea lovers but I especially love the non Korean good Logan cooks for his family. So wholesome. Definitely going to try the jerk chicken. Looked bomb!! And omg your grandparents lake house is goals!!

Cooking is def something we all get better at the more we do it but you have the ability to put things together and know that it’s going to taste good, or see a recipe once and be able to make something out of it. To help with the charring when it come to the grill, at home depot, or your local hardware store should sell a metal bbq scraper for the access char that can happen when grilling.
