I believe I found the fix if it isn't showing on the plugins menu. On the psp menu hit select, advanced vsh menu, import classic plugins. I'm using ARK4 cfw.
I’ve noticed when I want to use wallpaper, it will appear if I turned off a setting in the vsh menu and if I turned it on the wallpaper I want goes away .
This is what worked for me, you're a lifesaver

Hi dave another question im getting problem on my psp because i just update my psp to "6.61 PRO C" and then when i put games on it like 7 games i can only play 4 games and the 3 games is "Corrupted Data" how do i fix this?
Hey, that I don't know. But I would like to say clean off the back of the UMDs since it's a vd. Just try to get the back of the disc clean as possible. I wonder if there's some scratches or diet. I believe those plastic cases come apart pretty damn easy. I'd they do def clean down those CDs with something. Iam sure you can google what to wipe a CD down with online. I've never heard of such a problem. I still think it's from dirty discs.
I would hot up the forums on Reddit for the PSP section and ask there as well.

@@jeremiepogi8013 you can do that as well. I'm talking the UMD discs themselves. I'm pretty sure those plastic housings can come apart easy enough for you to clean the small cd
