Tonya this is so pretty! I've never done anything like this ... now for sure I want to try it! I am new to your channel because oF the wonderful collaboration you are doing with Jen of Eve. I love her and have been making her albums for about 5 or 6 years now. ❤❤ I am also curious about how you use canvas in your albums, I've watched several of your videos but haven't seen anything yet. To be honest I've been binge watching you since being sent to your channel by Jen of Eve. LOVE YOUR WORK!!❤
Thank you so much, no, I do not have a tutorial on how to do the pages, I used to hidden spine system. I learned mine from tutorials on RUclips. Hope this helps.
Thank you so much for sharing your process!!! I do have one question, did you decide the size of the 1/4 inch gap next to your spine based off how thick your batting made the cover? It is that measurement something you use consistently in other journals as well? Thank you again!!
Hello Kylie, yes I use that 1/4 inch in pretty much all my journals. Exceptions are when I am making a folio journal or a journal in which I decide I want to have something chunky on the inside pages. Hope this helps! Thank you 💕
I used the heavy duty ones from Walmart so it should work. Only thing I was suggest is that you make sure that your needle can go through fabric and all that before🥰 hope this helps

@@tonyasamuels3411 thank you. It's ok ya I'm sure someone has a video ;)

This is awesome. Curious what method you will use to put the papers in?
Thank you so much Nat! I’m going to use the five hole pamphlet stitch and a hollow back spine method. Hope this helps😉
Thank you so much for sharing your process!!! I do have one question, did you decide the size of the 1/4 inch gap next to your spine based off how thick your batting made the cover? It is that measurement something you use consistently in other journals as well? Thank you again!!

@@tonyasamuels3411 very helpful, thanks so much!!
I have another question for you! ❤ It wasn’t shown in this video but how do you attach the signatures to the spine once they are sewn?
I used the hidden spine method where you attach your signatures to a piece of fabric, and then you glue that fabric into your journal cover🥰
😊 oh ok, thanks
Will file folders from target work? I love this idea and I want to go with the same products you used. I’m just scared they are to heavy.
I used the heavy duty ones from Walmart so it should work. Only thing I was suggest is that you make sure that your needle can go through fabric and all that before🥰 hope this helps
Thanks so much ☺️
What kind of glue did you say you use? I’m so inspired!
It is fabri-tac
