I must say, even though I did this review last, and feeling at first that I favored Hordak and Leech as being the highlight of this wave 13...I had a blast with Sy-Klone! I had more fun with this review than any of them. More accessories, more options and he was just fascinating to me. I give him a 9 out of 10! The only complaint I have is some joint issues and the fact that he didn't come with the saturn style ring that usually goes around Syclone's body. Like we saw with the Origin and Classics. The added visor feature is very cool I think. This seems to be the "New Eternia" flare that we have seen added to each figure.

I like the head sculpt, reminds me a character from a sci-fi flick from the 30's or 40's.

This version of Syclone looks straight out of a page of classic DC/Marvel comics. I’m assuming that’s intended and they pull it off well. His vintage form in origins and Classics always came of as a Heman in costume to me(if you see his early drawings, it literally is).
My design brain thinks at one point those flame effects were actually his back rings.

Hey, how are you floating Sun Man in the back? I can see the stand, but can't tell where it's connecting.
I placed the clamp piece on the flight stand straight up and slid it up the back of his skirt piece lol... He feels violated, but it prevents the clamp from being scene lol
