Awesome build! Best I've seen by far. Love the craftsmanship Jeremy. If you have the time I would love to pick your brain about this build. Glad to see you added some tunes to the Green Monster
No lie, because of your monster, I broke loose and just bought a friend of mines 09 ninja 250 that he laid down 3 years back. It's been sitting ever since. 100% full donor bike for $100!! That being said, expect to hear from me with some questions. Excellent build man.
I bought my Kandi a year and a half ago. Blew the Chinese motor last summer. I've got a Kawasaki Ninja engine to go in it.... but I'll miss having a reverse (although I'm guessing I could throttle it hard and spin a doughnut fairly easy). Mine looks like I'll have to fabricate a new motor mount rear end to get it to fit. Nice build... motivating :)
i have a 250 ninja i bought off of craigs list that had a blown motor and i used it for the fairings to put on my other ninja, ive been try to figure out how to mount it in my lil buggy, the main thing is im not sure how connect the rear end since it has independent suspension? ant ideas jeremy , by the way looks fun, good job
thank you, Jeff! do you want to sell the buggy lol? if not, from what ive seen I would unbolt rear diff from motor. use rear diff and have a machine shop make a hub for a gear that attaches to the top shaft of the diff.
sorry for the late reply. for some reason your comment didnt show up in my notifications. Ive been looking for a bigger buggy with IRS. i recently found one! gonna tear it down this winter and frankenstein it too. so no worries man, you dont have to sale your testicle lol. i also have same problem here, not enough people share the same interest. meet a lot of people threw my channel that do, but no one close. and when it comes to an engine swap, you just need confidence, man! we as human beings can do anything if we put our mind to. if ya need to know something, research it, we have unlimited information at our finger tips. Im sure you could do it man. and if you ever do a swap and have questions just hit me up. have no problem helping people figure it out! if you have a facebook, send me a request. jeremy taelman sr
very little, motor mounts i built made rear swing arm stronger. added some stronger steal where swing arm meets frame and added a couple pieces of tubbing in front by shocks but that's about it.
nice job on that buggy. I am a big fan of the cheap Chinese buggys. I am currently building a roketa gk 28w with a polaris 500cc motor. i will have to make a few videos on it. do you have a build thread somewhere?
thanks, man! yeah there pretty easy to fab and dont cost a arm and a leg. definitely post some vids of your project! i love seeing other builds. I'll be doing another build this winter. recently purchased a joyner 800cc a couple months ago. I am gonna do something big with this one, 1100cc or bigger! this is what i have on the build. subscribe to my channel, man. youll get notifications when i upload new vids ruclips.net/video/P0QK0N8yYC0/видео.html
Is there a way you can make it street legal. I live in Florida and have a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 250 and was going to do a build like this. I was wondering if there's a way you can make it street legal.
How much was it to powder coat that big kart I plan on making this kart but with a cb750 and I was gonna paint it with automotive paint but if powder coat is cheaper I'll go that path for when I do this engine swap with a cb750 do you got any tips to help me out
sort of hard to explain but i used the reverse gear box cable and shifter that came with buggy and made a bracket for motor. had to fab a couple brackets too. have a video of the build that shows a couple of the things i did. hit me up if you have any other questions
hey bud love the go cart I have a kandi 150 and wanted a ninja 250 motor could we swap numbers or do u have a Facebook would love your knowledge to make my build easier
@@jeremytaelman3313 do you know of any engine mounting diagrams or maybe pre-built announced that you could buy and would require less fabrication to drop in
@@jeremytaelman3313 not me, but we agreed he can shift the cbr 250r cart I'm building him now how ever he wants to lol. (To me ) It just doesn't feel right slamming it in gear on the rev limiter but it's his cart lol
Nice little buggy. I need to do a walk around video when mine's back together.

90mph .... Screamer... Great job on it.
Super clean build

thanks man, there fun to build!
How did you center the engine, yet keep the clutch/shifter from being under your seat??
Simplemente hermoso...
I got an old zx7r that i want to swap how much welding/fabrication did you have to do to make it fit
Nice build!! How did you build the roof? How long did it take to build?
very good your machine
Wow, great build! Im doing something similar with a zx6r engine. What gas tank is that?a
Mantap bang
Also, what headlights did you use?
Im currently building a kart just like this, can i see how you did the shift linkage? As well as the clutch set up
Excellent Creation ¿What are the Buggy Measures?
Nice job! What about an electric starter motor for reverse?
Are you running stock shocks? If not what are you running?

Thinking about doing this did you have to brace the frame or body at all

Could you tell me where you buy the buggies and how much they cost please
Is that the axle from the Kandi?

why didnt you keep the reverse gear box?
kept the build simple, dont need reverse to often
supper buggy aiye
That's bad ass bro... What's the top speed on that beast?
thanks bro, right around 90
Where did you get the roof
Does it have reverse?
What is the price of one of these I would like to buy one? Greetings from Ecuador
know where can I download the user's manual i have Kandi KD-200 (KD-200GKM+) Buggy Go Kart
How you think a 450 dirtbike engine a do on that buggy?
real good! would have some nice torch
You can really use any bike engine if you can weld and if you know what you’re doing
What kinda paint you use rattle can? Powder coat? Car paint?
Frame is powder coat, hood and roof panels are automotive paint.
How much was it to powder coat that big kart I plan on making this kart but with a cb750 and I was gonna paint it with automotive paint but if powder coat is cheaper I'll go that path for when I do this engine swap with a cb750 do you got any tips to help me out
600 to powder coat. Best advice I can give you when building is to look up other builds for ideas. It helped me when I wasn't sure about something
hey buddy how do u build the shifter or where to buy one thanks sick buggy
that what im looking for too

I hit you up on Facebook as well! Doing the same build
dude did you make these buggies. ...because you inspired to get one .......could you help me
the green one i built. if you build one and have any questions, just let me know
@@jeremytaelman3313 do you know of any engine mounting diagrams or maybe pre-built announced that you could buy and would require less fabrication to drop in
All of the notes that I've seen that go to a flat bottom mounting system for these motorcycle engines or either for dirt bike engines or ATV engines
what exhaust does it have?
delkevic mufflers, custom made pipes.
Them some sexy twice pipes. Really makes that thing look mean!
what are your wheel specs?
21x8x10 front and 22x11x10 in rear
Dude, we have a debate going on here. Do you pull the clutch in every time you shift gears. We reviewed you videos over and over and cant tell.
Only time I use my clutch is when I'm taking off or stopping. Up shift and down shift (no clutch)
