Some bikes have a rollover switch. It is designed to shut the ignition down if a bike gets laid down. It may be a box that says UP on it. Mine got stuck and I had to pull the sensor apart and move the little pendulum inside to the correct position to get the engine to run.

Thank you! This bike is not new enough (or at least does not have one of those sensors) but that is good info to know for the future! Enjoy your day👍🏻

Sounds like your carbs need a little attention . when you revved it up it was a slow roll on the rrr's your diaphragms or something Vacuum related is going on . Or possibly your Air filters can cause that same issue ..Nice job on the build progress !

Hey man. Cool build. I’m building something similar with the 250r engine and we have questions in the wiring. There are some elements that we aren’t sure about. Do you have a good idea of what’s needed and what isn’t? Maybe a good wiring diagram that’s better than the normal schematic?

Hiya. I'm thinking of building something similar but concerned about power. You had a small 6.5hp on before this 250cc road bike. What speed did it get up to and what was your gear ratio. Cheers

If I had more time to make videos I would but between school work and life in general I haven’t had much time to work on it or film

Nice job man, I’ve got a 900cc out of a 2002 zx9r. I found your video after searching the internet for a couple hours looking for help on wiring. Problem is, I don’t have the full wire harness so after watching your video I’m thinking I’m going to have to spend the $300 and buy a used one and hope it’s a good harness.

I did a harness delete on my ninja 250 only left the essentials for the motor
