    Great tapping video, thank you.
    I have been a holistic psychotherapist for 50 years, and an EFT practitioner. This is a wonderfully supportive video and I will share it.

    My emotions made me feel unsafe in my body and i was bracing so tightly like armored up. And felt so much pain and anxiety. Not knowing what to do. And made me feel unsafe. I am learning to process emotions that i used to be afraid of but my body still wants to brace tight

      I do this as well, I have had a lot of armoring in my body since college. Actively helping my body to relieve that now. What would you suggest if you feel you are taking on the fear/other emotions of people you’re living with/or the collective. I’m sensitive/intuitive and pick up on these energies easily

      Thats a great question, and there's no quick solution! If you're sensitive to others' energies and want to protect yourself, one thing that will help is to prevent your own energy from being depleted. This might include getting enough sleep, eating foods which nourish you, cutting back on foods and substances which deplete your energy like refined sugar, caffeine, and alcohol, also look at what media you are consuming. Music, movies, the news, doomscrolling on social media, can all deplete your energy. What music and movies uplift you? Choose those. Spend time in nature to fill up your energy. I hope this helps, and do get in touch if you'd like to chat about your particular situation 💚

    I suscribed. I let go of a lot of tension. I live in a war zone and am not in danger but am so tense with all the ghastly news and suffering on both sides. This was so helpful that i will do it daily.
    By the way were you tapping behind your shoulder. I didn't know that was a point.

      I'm so happy to hear that this video has helped you and that you are going to do it daily!
      I can only imagine the tension you are in living in a war zone. You may find this video helpful too:

      In this video I haven't explained the tapping points - I do that in some of my other videos. I'm not actually tapping my shoulder but resting my hand there and tapping the Under the Arm point with the other hand. I find it the most relaxed way to tap the Under the Arm points.
      Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment, wishing you and your country peace and healing 💚

    When your hand was on your shoulder, which place were you tapping?

    • @tapwithalice
      @tapwithalice  2 месяца назад

      When I tap the Under the Arm point, I tend to rest my other hand on the opposite shoulder. If you're unsure of the tapping points, please do watch some of my other videos where I explain them all in greater detail! Thanks for asking 💚
