    I found my beloved 21 year old son after he took his life Jan 2023 in our home and have really been struggling so much ever since. I found this video helpful and thank you so much for it and all you do. ❤

    I woke up this morning ruminating on my fear response to past traumas which manifests as anxiety. My mind repetitively sounding off alarm bells. But somehow, I ended up here, and thankfully I did because I definitely feel calmer and more at peace. I might even attempt to take a nap, which is really hard for me to do. Thank you so much, Julie

    I have promised myself to actively pursue letting go and regulating my nervous system. Its my second day tapping. Its really hard to navigate life but i hope with consistency this will help.

    I just found your tapping video in one of Dr Mercola's emails. I've done some tapping prior to today, and "even though" I know how helpful it is, I have not done it consistently. I just subscribed to your channel because, for me, you have the most calm, empathetic and genuine way of helping me feel better about myself. I'm 77 years old and like many people, I have a lifetime of traumatic events that I carry inside my body. Thank you for what you do to help us begin to release these things that literally steal our joy, happiness and peace. I made myself a promise to come back to your videos to do my self-care.     I got upset this morning over something someone said to me. I didn't realize it until later when I was wondering why I suddenly felt depressed. Then I realized I was triggered. EFT tapping came to my mind. I found this video which was exactly what I needed. I realized I needed to let go of a bunch of trauma that was holding me back. Julie, you have always been helpful and I am thankful for you!

      @@Julieschiffman I have a question about tapping. At times I don’t feel safe during the day definitely with alot of people around can I use it then or at times I feel unsafe?

      @@Divine777Love for sure! Tap when you are feeling anxious or unsafe. Remind yourself you are safe (assuming you are). But getting to the root cause of WHY you feel unsafe will be beneficial for you. Reach out for help from a tapping practitioner if you need it

    this video is so great! After doing it a few times i felt a shift in me and more peaceful which i haven’t had in months! I do notice when i start the eft i get kinda nauseous or like i need to throw up so idk if that’s normal but it usually goes away towards the end. I’ve done other eft’s and never really experienced something like this.

      That can be a normal response for sure. It just means things are moving and detoxing so to speak. You are probably getting to the root of the problem. Stick with it and reach out for help if it’s too intense. Thanks for sharing 😊💜🙏

    Great tapping sequence. Just moved apartments and this kinds of transition is something I've struggled with since I was a kid with constant moving I had then. This is my 5th move in 3 years and no surprise my system have been freaking out and feeling out of bounds lately.
    Your video just popped up in my feed. Just what I needed before going to bed.
    I started to tear 😢 on the part about the different kinds of feelings that come up (hopelessness, helplessness, anger, guilt, shame) and then releasing with yawning and having deeper breaths. Felt so much validation through your words. Feeling calmer now. Thanks Julie for this sequence. Please make more on CPTSD and the nervous system. Namaste 🙏🏽😊💕

    Thank you Julie so very much for this video. I'm a dealing with the lingering affects of having two frozen shoulders. It's been about 4 years of dealing with constant pain and diminished range of motion. It's taken a real toll on my mental health. Physical therapy has helped me get back much of my mobility but i still have get pain and stiffness in my shoulders and neck. Past few days i had been having anxiety attacks over the tension i have in my body. The tapping i feel helps me reset so i can breathe a little easier.

    Thank You more than I can say. Been tapping my way through my personal peace procedure. Hit one that felt helpless. Tapped for a while alone just letting it out and then wanted assistance.     Wow, the uncomfortable tightness is gone from my chest. I've been living in my parent's house, taking care of my Mom, Aunt and Dad for the past14 years. My Dad was the last to suddenly pass away this past June. I felt so lost, abandoned and a non-belief that he wasn't ever coming back home with me. Then the fact that (for reasons) I wasn't able to stay in their home afterward. - I ended up moving back to my home state in February, only bringing what was mine and having to leave most of their things there, leaving about 50 years of memories. This has taken a terrible toll on my body - but your tapping video has helped a lot -I can feel the change - I have a lot more to do, so I will keep tapping - Thank you so much for having it here - many blessings to you :)

    Thank you Julie xxx I was desperate today... two years of PTSD due to bereavement and with no release of pain fear loneliness and despair in all that time. Well, I could concentrate (a miracle!) And I could feel the affirmations taking hold. Who knew! . I have sent this all the way to Greece to a dear friend who is going through the same as me -due to her hubby passing also.     thanks for putting this video together. I'm suffering from various traumas over the last 3 years wherein I lost my cat, the next week my brother and then I had to care for my mother until she passed 7 months ago. I've been stuck, lethargic, etc. I'm starting to feel better with this EFT. I will continue with it.

    Thanks Julie, that really helped. My family and I just came through a fire evacuation and it was pretty devastating for us all, although thank God our home is alive and well. My shoulders were so tight it felt like a ton of weight on them, but I got it down from a 10 to maybe a 7. I'll keep tapping.

      @@Julieschiffman I kept tapping over the next few days and released all the pain. But, we almost had to evacuate again tonight. Had the car all packed up ready to go, but the fire shifted and moved in the other direction and we're okay. Now I have to figure out what the spiritual meaning is for me and my family. I just tapped again and feel much more relaxed. Thanks Julie for what you do.

    Thanks a ton for this wonderful video on regulation post trauma. This has been really helpful. Whenever I do this, I'm able to voice out my fears, overwhelming emotions and feelings and also let it out by crying. By the end, I'm able to feel calm and relaxed even if it's a little. That means a lot to me with the current state of affairs. You have named the exact emotions that I have been feeling. It's so on point. Thanks for all you do.

    Hi Julie thank you so much this is exactly what I needed today it helped so much my practitioner had said after the sudden death of my husband that i had lost my connection so i have been trying to reconnect with myself and this tapping was so helpful thank you 🙏

      I am so sorry for your loss. I also have a video for grief after losing someone special. Sending you big hugs...tapping daily can really help to feel more in balance when navigating your emotions, especially with trauma.

    I have found this very helpful when feeling my nervous system in overdrive. It seems as of late I experience a lot of low feelings and depression throughout day. Do you do any tapping videos on depression?

      It can be for sure. Crying is a good sign that things are moving out or shifting. Good work…know that even if you don’t cry you still be shifting too. Also common are yawning, burping, laughing , sighing etc 😊

    Hey Julia! thank you so much for this! 💙 I wanted to ask if it’s normal when you start this journey that the anxiety and all those feelings tend to flare up? I am into this journey for about 2,5 weeks and i feel my anxiety peeking at moments that I don’t understand. It feels like as if the anxiety is getting a little bit worse but my letting go and the confidence that i can overcome is getting so much better. Thanks for your answer 💙

      Totally normal and I will do a short video on this. As you begin to shift your perspectives and views about yourself and the world… as you let go of the past, you may notice new aspects coming up. Address as it surfaced and you will find relief 💙
