I help women with anxiety to feel calm and connected to their life path by balancing the body's energy system.
I have a deep interest in people and enjoy listening to my clients. I believe each of us has the inner resources to solve our own problems at our own pace and uncover our True Self. My job is to help you along your own unique healing journey.
I especially enjoy working with women. I have experienced first hand some women-specific challenges in my life (PMS, miscarriage, motherhood, an abusive relationship within a strongly patriarchal culture). I currently draw strength and nourishment from mother-to-daughter dynamics as I live with both my mother and daughter. I am particularly interested in the lives of other women and enjoy helping them to navigate their own challenges as they also grow and find their paths in life.

I advocate using these techniques as I was introduced to EFT tapping 25 years ago and love following Donna Eden and Dondi and Titanya on their Wednesday energy minutes shorts on yt. Donna and her psychologist husband, Dr David Feinstein have just published a tapping book/manual which I feel sure you will enjoy.

Thank you Alice. I do have a question though: Should you feel an immediate and noticeable difference (feeling better) after doing the tapping? Or might someone need to do the tapping consistently over time to feel soothed?
Well, it really depends on how you were feeling before doing the tapping! If very upset, it will take a lot longer tapping to feel better. In general, most people notice a difference after a couple of rounds of tapping. However, to get to the underlying issues of your emotional disturbance, it will probably take dedicated EFT sessions to really feel better. How did you feel after tapping with this video?
@@tapwithalice Thank you for your response. I didn't really feel better but I am having a pretty difficult time right now (I cried a lot while doing the tapping). So perhaps I just need more time with it.

Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave your feedback! In classic EFT we do not usually tap using only positive affirmations. Although I do use some positive wording in my tap-along videos, the real benefits of EFT come from working with your own personal deep-rooted negative feelings and false beliefs. When those are cleared, there is no need for positive affirmations. There's nothing wrong with tapping while using positive affirmations, it's just not where the real benefits of EFT are to be found. Brought jaw pain lower jaw help please
If this technique has caused tension or pain in your jaw, perhaps this position is not ideal for you. Maybe you can try doing it lying down comfortably on your side and see if that enables your jaw to relax.

Is this what we should do if we're not in a safe situation and can't get out? I have a chronic illness that affects my nervous system and tappings that include phrases about "past events" usually dont help much, bc my body is continually triggered to feel unsafe biologically.
Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about your illness. Yes, I would suggest tapping with no words as in this video, and you can do it often through the day as long as you have the energy. Very interesting! The problem is I feel all these feelings at the same time! I feel anger, frustration, lack of enthusiasm and joy, apathy, anxiety, overthinking, loss, fear, lack of energy and motivation. This is why when somebody asks me how I am, I am unable to tell them because I feel all of these emotions! I know it´s weird but I do feel all of these right now in my life! Completely overwhelmed! I hope EFT will help me release some of these emotions!
Thank you for sharing! Yes, of course we often experience many emotions at the same time. Sometimes one particular "colour" will dominate, and that is what I'm talking about here. Of course, we can feel grief in summer, frustration in winter, etc. As well as the seasons, these emotional "colours" relate to different energy systems in the body in TCM. EFT can be a huge help in reducing overwhelm, let me know if you need any pointers 💚

When your hand was on your shoulder, which place were you tapping?

I suscribed. I let go of a lot of tension. I live in a war zone and am not in danger but am so tense with all the ghastly news and suffering on both sides. This was so helpful that i will do it daily. By the way were you tapping behind your shoulder. I didn't know that was a point.
