    Excellent pace and good instruction! I know it's a bit of extra work to do voice over instead of trying to explain as you go on camera, but it makes the video sooooo much better and useful! Format is fantastic, I'm excited to see what else you come up with. Great work!

      Glad you enjoy it! I have in the plan making at least 1 more for middle splits (for advancing and rotating) and one for pancake fold (hip flexor). Cant wait to share!
