Hi! Learning Parkour (I'm 54), I also want to learn flips, so I think I'll do ex. 1-8 regularly to get closer to flip progressions like kip-up, macaco, flic-flac... (back bridge is not yet possible in any form that involves hands / shoulders). So, anything to increase shoulder backwards mobility is helpful... if you have further tips, don't hesitate! I also want to learn flips but having this adult fear hahaha. There are lots of tips on shoulders actually. Since I didn't haveupper body strength to begin with my challenge was activating the right muscles in the right form. I guess my biggest tip is if you are stretching and shoulders are still tight, maybe smart to reflect on how you use your strength.
