      When you come here, make sure to try Currywurst! Even though I was born and raised here, I don't like a lot of German food, but Currywurst is amazing. (Might be biased as a Berliner, haha) Also, Kebab or Döner is a MUST!!

    LOVELY ROUTINE!!!
    How often should I practice this to achieve maximum results? Can you do a video on middle splits as will?

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  4 года назад +1

      Thanks! Glad you enjoy it! You should practice as much as your body allows you too, meaning you should give yourself enough rest between each training. Even though it is only 10 minutes, real results come for those who plan and train according. let's say you went through this today, return and try tomorrow. If you already feel slight pain/soreness at the very beginning, that could be a sign your body telling you to rest. I personally find it 3 times a week on each area works best for my body.
      For middle splits YES! I already have a routine that I have been using for a week, was planning to share once I really achieve it. However, been getting quite some requests lately on it so I might just share now so we can achieve it together!

    Do you think it's better to have one day for front splits and another for middle splits? Or combining them in one day

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  4 года назад +1

      hello Dely! This depends on your level I would say. I would take it easy if you just started. For me since I have been training for a while, my body is used to longer training so I do both in 1 day (since they are also only 20 mins in total). Absolutely would not recommend to do it if you feel pain in your muscles, its a sign of your body telling you to rest.

  • @purpletullip4836
    @purpletullip4836 4 года назад +1

    Would you recommend doing all of these stretches in a row or one of the stretches?

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  4 года назад

      Hoi Evelien. The follow along I created is my personal preference on how I stretch. When I practice I do 1 or 2 routines (10 or 20 min in total), sometimes switch out 1 or 2 exercises for the day but I always like to complete what I started. Hope this helps =)

    I'm a little on the bigger side and have very tight hamstrings. Plus I don't have access to purchasing yoga blocks. Will I still have results if I'm not able to execute positions like the pike if I can't touch the ground yet? Either way, I just did this routine and it knocked the shit out of me and I really want to be able to do the splits so I will be following this video regularly!

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  4 года назад +1

      Hello Arun, glad to hear you enjoyed the routine! I also got by for a long time without blocks, really didnt want to spend. As I continued training I realized either in the beginner or later stages, blocks are extremely useful as a support tool. You can definitely stretch without blocks, but I found it really helpful to ensure my alignments and position, which is a big factor that contributes to the speed of growth. I would also think that using blocks to support at a beginner stage, it's easier to get into the position as you are supported, which means less chance for injuries. With this in mind, even the expensive yoga blocks seem to be worth it. I am very minimal when it comes to spend, but I got 2 of these (www.decathlon.com/collections/yoga-accessories/products/yoga-foam-block?variant=19060861272126). The more I have them, the more ways I found it to support me. Hope this helps!

      That's a good step. at least now you know a bit about your body, next is to figure out what helps you the most. Feel your muscles engaging and releasing. It takes time to learn and if you find it too hard, it's always an opiton to book a coach even for 1 session.

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  4 года назад +1

      @@parikshitfitness3113 Of course we cant stop aging, but your body will adapt to how you treat it. If you avoid physical activities, spending all day sitting on the couch for instance, your body will understand that it doesn't need to grow stronger or get flexible because you dont require it to be. But if you spend time working on it, eating well to fuel your exercises, your body will know what to do. You need more patience than compared to younger kids who are still sprouting, but it is definitely possible. Even if its slow, it will help as long as you keep practicing=)!
