Im a 19 year old man and im going to try this. I always saw people do the splits and i thought it was something you just could or couldnt do. I want to achieve it because im an achiever and i keep making improvments to my life. In my eyes, one of the biggest beacons of flexibilty is being able to do the splits and i want to achieve this. Once i've memorised the stretches and i start seeing improvements i might start adding other stretches for my mid and upper body too. Ay, whilst im decently flexible now, maybe one day i'll be like a contortionist 🤷🏻♂️ Thats unlikely but anything is possible
I'm a man and after running around in the surf on a very hot day, I was able to do get into the full middle splits on the beach. I do stretch fairly often but that was the first time I got my middle splits, so excited!
I have never been able to do splits before. Just did this stretch for the first time. Mind you I did some stretches on my own before I opened this. I was literally going to cry. And I wasn’t even pushing myself. Literally my splits are no where near the floor. Prolly 8 inches off the floor. I hope this works. I’m going to be doing it everyday until I can do it. I’ll let you all know when I get there.
Omg, guys, I just (almost) made the right split 😭😱 Everyday it was like an up and down, sometimes better, sometimes worse and I finally made a huge improvement!! My point is: keep practicing, even if you feel like it is not getting any better, because someday it will!! 🙌🏼😌
I'll try my best to update daily for 2 weeks. (Please reply to my comment so I can remember to come back to it! Thanks😆) Day 1: ✅(Warm up: 25 Jumping Jacks and 40 high knees) It was hard to do. I used to be very flexible so it was like a slap in the face but also a wakeup call that I need to be moving more cause I'm such a log of wood lol. Day 2: ✅(Forgot to warm up) It was easier than yesterday! It was easier not only because I did it yesterday but I think I came into it with a different mindset that I'm going to push myself a bit harder but not going to push myself to much. I'll make sure to warm up tomorrow! Day 3: ✅(Warmed up!) It was the same as yesterday, not to bad but not easy at all haha! Day 4:✅ (Warmed up!) It was the same as yesterday, not to bad but not easy at all haha! Day 5: ❌I skipped a day because it was so cold and I couldn't get myself to go on the ground haha! Day 6:✅(Forgot to warm up) It was much easier today for everything and I'm getting further down in my right splits and I'm gaining confidence in my left splits (I've always been more flexible in my right splits). Day 7:✅ (Warmed up!) No difference from yesterday. Day 8: ❌I skipped a day. Day 9: ✅ (Didn't bother to warm up) All the stretches are getting easier! That stretch where you touch your toes has heavily improved for me! I'm even able to slightly push myself deeper into the splits! Day 10: ✅ (Warmed up!) Same as yesterday. Day 11-14: ✅ (I think i just warmed up one of these days) Reflection: I was overall consistent and I saw a big difference in my ability to push my stretches a bit deeper! I am not in my splits yet but a few more weeks and I should be in them. It will definitely take longer ot do my left splits because I'm still much less flexible on the left side. Highly recommend this stretch routine!
Although I started this video a few weeks ago to help me get to my splits, I quickly realized it is the perfect practice for after spending 8 hours sitting at a desk. I truly crave this video every day….
A wonderful stretching session. I achieved the two front splits very well. Of course it was easier with one leg, but I think this is perfectly normal. You are very good at guiding along the path between the various exercises. 🙏I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I really really enjoy this video even though stretching hurts because I'm not flexible at all but I feel like I see progress already and it's been only 2 days since I started doing this. Thank you so much!!!

last year I was halfway through your splits 30 course when I had to stop due to knee pain. So I love this video because its short and much easier on my knees. I don't want to give up on my goal of the splits so this is a nice way to ease back into it.
I wish I could show pictures, but after just 8 days, I’m about 3-4 inches away from the ground. I use to be super flexible but lost it after my babies. I can’t believe I’m this close to achieving the splits again!! UPDATE: I’ve finally reached my splits! I’m so happy. Took a bit longer, but I am 37 years old lol
