No, it's likely completely different. This LMT rifle has a Proof SS barrel which was shortened to 16.56in to make it work. If you wanted to put an AEM5-30 on your rifle, perhaps you can use an OCL OTB suppressor mount.
16.56in... so that it has the proper spacing to interact with the tapered gas block. If doing an 18in barrel, you could have the barrel contoured for an SPR collar or do one of the one-piece mounts from OCL.
Both are LMT MWS 12.5in handguard uppers, black one is LM8 and tan one is the standard MWS quad. Black rifle has a 13.5in barrel, tan rifle has a 16.56in barrel.
would like to see the aem5-30 vs aem-5 on 5.56
Top tier content. Thanks for this.
The AEM5-30 is more gassy. May need some TUMS.
Cool stuff dude.
So in regards to the LMT rifle, is the barrel profile similar to the PSA M110 clone? I wana try and put a aem-5 style suppresor on it

That’s awesome

Are you running an OTB mount for the AEM5-30?
No, I'm using an Allen Engineering .30cal 5/8x24 brake and the Allegheny Arms tapered gas block.
@@joesrcoolvery cool. Keep up making content about the AEM5-30. Not a lot of visibility for this can
For no reason I want to see this on a 300 blk
Me too!
What barrel length and handgaurd length are you running?
