@Noob Master Yes, 20 minutes from my house actually. The locals here, we all hated it! 😂 The traffic was horrible, businesses packed, cops everywhere. We did not leave our house during the entire Superbowl weekend. Happy everyone left now. 😜
I tried this with 2.5 lb. ankle weights and 3 lb dumbbells in my hands, took me 15 min. but I did it🥰 lord this one was a killer.. I loveee the burn I got after during my cat/cow stretch, ooof sooo good! this one is definitely going on my weekly core playlist
@@rosemarysdead your abs will definitely become more defined adding weights but it won’t make your stomach less flat, as long as you’re not “doming” while doing your core workouts! I just prefer less reps. & slower core movements so adding weights helps me with that! and lessen the weights on oblique-focused exercises to avoid a wider physique!
@@rosemarysdead one of my favorite exercises is a full extension to tuck with 2.5 lb ankle weights on and holding a 10-15 lb weight in my hands! you feel the burn sooo good with that one
I've added ankle weights nd dumbells to most ab videos and my ab strength has significantly improved from body weight only. I haven't noticed issues of abs looking too big
Really felt in my deep core. Had 2 surgeries and this is one of the best workouts I have done so far to get my stomach muscles strengthen will incorporate this everyday. ❤

Will this help with my lower belly puff? I've done everything from changing my diet to different ab workouts, I workout 6 days a week. I must be doing something wtong 🤷🏼♀️
i tried making this a little harder by lifting both arms and feet for the second dead bug variation and swapping the final set of dead bugs at the end with leg raises and omg i've never felt such a good ab burn
A good pointer I was told by a trainer once while doing dead bugs is to imagine holding/pressing a big ball in place with the stationary side- really starts to feel the burn
I did not like this video. Only because, 1. I don‘t want to watch you do exercises AND NOT TELL the public how to do the exercise. You should be explaning where to feel the “ burn“ if it‘s done right. 2. That music is not good workout music. Stars for me is -5.

I want to add weights to my an workouts but I’m scared it will make my abs bigger so my stomach would be less flat and stick out cos the abs grew 🫣 ?
