They said Booker t actually held Batistas arm behind his own head and popped him in the face over and over. Batista thought somebody else was holding his arm.
Saddens me seeing people with years long beef ..like legit man i wish i could end beefs that are petty or have sat for 10 plus years ...folks life is short im not perfect either i have issues with folks i havnet hashed out but i need to we all need to ...not saying be best friends etc but apologize for your roles and move forward grab some food together hug at the end or shake hands and move on smiling and wishing that person or persons well

Exactly, but Ahmed got on a podcast when he said that Booker t was bad mouthing him. Ahemd said you’re doing your own thing, why you worried about bringing my name up for no reason,and trashing me. What’s the sense in that, I’m working for a oil company and you’re bring me up,and Ahmed isn’t wrong.
The thing is The lawsuit wouldn't work cause he's going by what a person told him so booker can sue the source of lies but not Norris though
Yes that is still defamatory. You cannot jus repeat a story someone told you. Media outlets get sued and lose all the time by printing stories they got from a 'source'. That is why the media refuses to print stories they cannot confirm. For example, if I claimed you wife told me something crazy about you, and told the story on Facebook, you could sue me. The first step is usually writing a letter to ask the person to retract the story, and telling them to do so within a certain period or you will file a lawsuit. That is usually where it ends, but in some cases they refuse to retract it. A great example of this in wrestling is when CM Punk quit WWE, and he was later sued by that doctor for telling a story the doctor says was a lie. Colt Cabana was also sued for repeating that same story and letting Punk tell the story on his podcast. You are misinformed. Just because somebody told you something and you repeat it, it does not make you immune from lawsuits. It actually increases your chances of being sued. Being careless by not confirming information you were told, then repeating it, is a good way to get sued.
If it's hearsay and can't be proven, then that is grounds for defaming Bookers character.
@@Idiedin1980 From what I read, the claim being made has to be presented as fact, while being false, to be defamation. If Johnson is claiming he heard from a friend, I don't think that's presenting it as a fact, however, I also don't know if you can hide behind a phrase like that, all the time. I mean, if you can, you can pretty much say whatever you want, about anyone you want, and face no consequences. Maybe he'd have to reveal the source to avoid getting sued?
Johnson has successfully gotten a bit less irrelevant by constantly dragging Booker's name
