Your “next” tag has been life-changing for me! I have a “next” perspective set up, and live by it. Such a relief not to be struggling with “fake” (aka wishful thinking) due dates. Thank you!

Great video! I struggle with extracting the tasks from emails and making sure they don't get lost. This really helps! Thank you!

I love this workflow for processing emails! Thanks for sharing. A habit I'm trying to cultivate is when I forward I try and remember to update the subject of the email to be action oriented. It gives me less work to do inside of OmniFocus and has the benefit of giving me context if I happen to be looking at my outbox in my email client.

Great video. For slack, I set up a Zapier flow which does the same thing: when a slack message needs action, I click on the flag button, and then the message arrives in my Omnifocus inbox for further organising.

Another excellent video. Clear. Easy to listen to. Thanks!
You did not send the source emails to "Archive"; rather you left them in the email in box. You said you like doing it this way. Why?

Peter Akkies But doesn’t OF link back to the original email, so you would not have to look for it?!

Some of my comments got lost when I made a channel adjustment, so I'll comment again here: just so it's easier for me to find the email again if I have to reply to it. But sometimes I do archive right away. Doesn't make a huge difference to me.

What about creating rules in Mail to automatically forward to your inbox ?

If you use gmail, it’s probably easier to just copy the url from the browser to avoid having a bunch of sent emails and also, a lot of time you need to reply to the original email which adds a extra step to try to find it. Great tutorial though, thank you!

Not a bad suggestion. Depends on what people prefer!
