Women often get so obsessed with keeping the time that they don't finish exercises and drop everything as soon as the timer beeps. I love your friendly attitude and your sensible explanations, it's obvious you are a real life trainer and know what the clients need to know.

Ye just stick with regular bent over row or invest in an Olympic bar & plates 👍🏼💪🏼
