    Your videos are the absolute best. I sometimes do some workouts by some female youtubers when my husband isn't joining me, and that makes me appreciate your work even more. Women often get so obsessed with keeping the time that they don't finish exercises and drop everything as soon as the timer beeps. I love your friendly attitude and your sensible explanations, it's obvious you are a real life trainer and know what the clients need to know.

      Thanks, glad you’re enjoying them. Yes 12 years working as a personal trainer definitely helps know what people are likely to be struggling with or need to know. Keep it up, consistency is key 👍🏼💪🏼

    OH I forgot to add this so I'm editing - I'm sooo glad you explained the barbell needed to be bigger for the Pendlay - my barbell weights are the size of tea saucers and I was thinking it was such a hard exercise but it's just because my set is not meant for the Pendlay row! Thanks for pulling me out on that one!

      Ye just stick with regular bent over row or invest in an Olympic bar & plates 👍🏼💪🏼

    Do you stic to the 8 kilo dumbbell throughout the workout

      Yes, possibly drop to a 7 but designed to use just one pair of dumbbells throughout 👍🏼💪🏼

    I only have one dumbell and a barbell with unchangeable weight. this could work still?
