10 Minute Pole Warm-up & Strength Conditioning

  • This is a 10-15 minute Warm-up that I do year round, but it really helps in the winter when it’s super cold and I need to get into Pole Shorts faster. Everything in this video can be done in leggings or sweatpants.
    This is a basic, full body warm-up with a few modifications for your fitness Level. Follow along or go at your own pace. Do 6 to 10 repetitions (reps) on each side/direction.
    I will post more 10 minute warm-up videos in a few months, with different exercises to give you more variety.

    Thank you ❣️ girl I'm working ups part time and I swear I got the pole to learn how to dance but I so enjoy the workout, stretches and warm ups😁
